I had an amazing experience with Muhammad! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. He really takes his time to understand exactly how you want your haircut and pays attention to every detail. His skills are top-tier — the cut was clean, sharp, and exactly what I asked for. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Not only is he really good at cutting hair, but he also has a great personality that makes the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Muhammad if you’re looking for a barber who’s professional, talented, and genuinely nice!

We decided to do a walk in for my son’s haircut and had such a great experience! Mohammed did AMAZING! Customer service was top tier and he even added gold spray! My son loves his hair and we will definitely be back :)

I am fortunate to not have experienced what was posted negatively about this place but, i’ve been going to Alibaba’s for 2 years. Alibaba has always been consistent and had a welcoming feeling since day 1 of going. I go there every 2 weeks to get a cut and Mohammed is the best there is. I always get a mid taper and he always does them right, hence why they call him the taper king. He is not only a great barber but an excellent guy, he’s basically family. Him and my dad are now great friends and they found out they grew up in the same area. He also takes us when we were 10-20 minutes late even if his schedule was fully booked. Thank you Mohammed, much love brotha.

We had the best experience here. Yasmani did an excellent job on my son’s haircut and the owner, Mohammed, is so nice and welcoming. The shop was busy when we came, but it was a nice environment and Mohammed was so hospitable, talking to my daughter and offering coffee while we waited. The team was working quickly through their clients and we didn’t wait long and the cut didn’t take long. Such a great experience and we will be sure to come back!

I was looking for a barber nearby who would be good for my son, and we’ve struggled a lot to find a good one. We decided to go into this place, obviously without an appointment, knowing we would have to wait. We went in, they told us to sit down, and we saw several people arrive saying they had appointments and a few without appointments. I believe it was the owner or the manager who became available first, and he took a young man who had just arrived without an appointment. I just observed, and I told my son that he didn’t even ask us to go next—we had already been waiting for an hour. I didn’t say anything because my son wanted to go with another barber who was about to finish with his client. Then the owner or manager told another person that he was next. My son and I looked at each other and we left. It was very unpleasant. I felt like we were ignored, and I can even say that it felt like racism. First and last time we go to that place. As an owner or manager of a business, you should always make your customers feel welcome and comfortable. He followed us outside afterward, saying we were next, but I told him thank you very much and we left. (Missouri/Sienna location)

First time going to Mohamad and I couldn’t be happier. He gave me the best haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had and really took his time to get everything perfect. The conversation was great and made the whole appointment fly by. Super friendly, skilled, and easy to talk to. I’m honestly glad I found him and he’s definitely my new barber. Highly recommend!

Mohammed cut my boys is hair and he did an amazing job I highly recommend coming here for a hair cut shave there so friendly and they make u feel at home. Don’t walk run to alibaba barber shop. ask for Mohammed

Big shout out to Ali at Alibaba Barber Sienna! Ali brought me back to life with the fade! Great service and the shop looks amazing. So glad they are in town and just minutes away from me VS having to take a long drive into the city for the same level of service!
