Ok the rare occasion you can get your haircut it's great! Multiple times we've come into this location and it's been totally empty but they said they didn't have time. If you don't do walk-ins just say that on your website 🤷‍♀️

Pink is the best! She has so much patience with my toddler who gets a haircut by her! She is very easy to get along with and talk to! She always gets the job done! We plan on staying with her forever!

Pink is my stylist and she shaves my undercut for me and has also trimmed my long layers. Shes great at both! I’m happy when I’m there with her chatting and when I leave with the finished result. She’s very personable, professional and always gets the job done right! Love the location and the vibes in there too. Highly recommend both Pink and this location.

Went there for a haircut for me and my 9 yr old son, after looking at the great reviews. But, it ended up being a mixed bag The lady who took care of my son did a great job - great haircut, kept him engaged with conversations et al. Wonderful experience - 5/5. The older gentleman who cut my hair was not so much. Entirely different experience. He asked me for my input before we started on what I want but when I started sharing scoffed and smirked, and was sarcastically smiling not looking at me and talking to himself about how he got it et al. Made it very unpleasant at the outset. Then, towards the end, he asked how the cut is. I gave some feedback on the length on the sides, and oh my, he did not like it. He said something like 'I checked it already, but I will do it since you asked and I don't want you to think that I am not responding to you'. Then, he went on a little rant and demonstration of how he measures the length etc. He clearly did not want or like the feedback, and did a pretty bad job of being professional about it also. Then, my back neck was feeling itchy from the nape shave, and I asked whether he could put some afteshave on it. There goes again - 'I did it already but I will do it again' and goes on to do a demonstratedly bad job for spraying something on the back of my head in a vague way. He then walks to th counter and talking something loud and what not. I did not want to create a scene, and paid and walked out of there with my son. It would all have been at least worth it, if the haircut he gave me was good. It was not, and I sense he knew it was not and put his walls up somehow. Well, I leave with a not necessarily bad but a sub par haircut and bad experience. This gentleman need to think through some things - he knows what he is doing but may not be used to people giving him inputs or feedback. 1/5. I still tipped above 20% though, at the end of all of this, since the establishment seems to be a good place and my son had a good experience. Collectively, 2/5, which should have been a 5/5 if I just had my son's haircut here.

*UPDATE: thisblocation was INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful throughout this experience and offered to fix my husbands haircut! We accepted that offer and left with an absolutely fantastic cut! We want to thank Christin for her patience and sweet demeanor and we will DEFINITELY be returning!!! * This place is always my husband's Go To when he wants a nice fresh cut. But today at the Mansfield location with Loshanda was a nightmare. I did attend the haircut with him since I am a licensed cosmetologist as well but there were many patrons in the building and I did not want to cause a scene and have someone fix the cut. The cut took her over an hour to cut his hair and it is completely ruined. This individual does not know how to do a high and tight fade AT ALL. And unfortunately she took the sideburns off and as well most of the beard leaving it in an odd shape. I quickly said the haircut looked fine so we could leave the establishment and file a complaint through corporate. My husband is extremely upset with his fade and I agree there is no fixing this current cut he has now except to go bald since there isn't much left now. I have emailed corporate as well about this issue

Jeremiah is awesome! Great haircut, attention to detail. Very good barber, highly recommended! As I'm getting my haircut, couldn't help but notice that every other barber was just as detailed oriented as Jeremiah. Cool decor.
