I setup an appointment with Kim few months back and had fantastic service, she did an hot towel head shave. The staff was friendly and the place was well maintained.

If I could give 0 star I would.My husband and my son got haircuts today. Zay gave my son the worst haircut I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s uneven, chopped up, and looks like it was done blindfolded. My husband as well very horrible haircut. A picture was shown to him, and my kid has a lot of hair he came home looking like he just came out of prison. I am so angry at this, if you can't not do it just say it.

Came all the way out to see my boy, Zay, he is a little further out then I would like him to be but it’s worth the trip. He been cutting my hair for years now and he is good at his craft. Can’t find a better barber out there to get me right like this guy. I can tell he is patient and detail when I’m in the chair. Respectfully, Thank you. Brother. Will continue to come to you.

Zay is an excellent barber. He’s very patient. He listens to you. I always leave Lu’s feeling and looking way better than when I walked in, and I credit Zay for that. I definitely get my money’s worth there. Great service!

This is for Zay at the shop. Just wanted it to be known that this guy is extremely exceptional for any outstanding barber. Customer service is top tier and if u ask me, being punctual is NO ONE can defeat in any shop. Great dude that makes sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. Came to Lu’s for took my teenage son to get a haircut. First impression is everyone’s friendly & place is so clean. He got a cut by Zay & are absolutely gonna come back. He did a great job & thankful we found a barber shop close by that we’ll be returning to

I have finally found the barber Ive been looking for! Zay did an excellent job. 10/10!. The shop is great. Everyone was so welcoming , and the place is spotless. My grandson has curly hair and some barbers don’t know how to cut his hair. I’ve had way too many experiences where the barber doesn’t listen to what I want but not Zay. He was patient with me and gave great detail for what I asked for. Without a doubt.. I HIGHLY recommend Zay for your next trip to the barbershop!

This review is for Zay. I gave this place a try for a men’s bald fade haircut. Zay did and excellent job and was very friendly and professional. I have returned for a second cut and would highly recommend Zay!
