Horrible service! Appt was at 1:30, I arrived 5 minutes before. It was 2 o clock and I walked out. The barber I booked had a client and never communicated that it was going to be awhile. I was only checked in and we waited 35 minutes.

Chris always does such a great job on my boys! He services my husband and two sons. Our youngest has cochlear implants, and Chris is always very careful. He’s the only person we trust to cut his hair!

Brought my father here for a bald cut and shave on Thurs. 11/21/24. A female barber placed it on the schedule the day before when we walked in. His appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 7:30am with a barber she said was named, David. We got there by 7:30am, and were told by another barber that David would be there in a few minutes. Well, David strolled in around 7:50am. No greeting, no apology, not a word, period. He does say when he's ready to begin. So, when I get my father to his chair, I asked if he'd forgotten about us coming in for the appointment that morning. His reply? "If I'd forgotten about y'all, I wouldn't have shown up at all." I'll let the readers on here come to their own conclusion about that interaction. 3 stars is pushing it, and only because my father liked the haircut. Would've been less if strictly judged by attitude.

Alexis took the time to ask me about the style I wanted and offered some great suggestion's. Her attention to detail was impressive—she gave me a fantastic haircut that I’ve received compliments on ever since.
