Candice has been an awesome person the deal with. Easy to talk to and understands what you want done. I like the atmosphere as well, kinda feel like an ole school style barber.

We had such a great experience at Kingwood Barber Shop! Carrie was absolutely wonderful with my 5 year old son… She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything before she did it. He’s sensitive to sounds and sensations, but she made him feel comfortable and calm the whole time. Even with all his wiggling, his haircut turned out amazing! We’ll definitely be going back next time. Highly recommend Carrie for anyone looking for a barber who truly cares about her clients!

My husband had a bad experience from the start. The check in process was rude and awkward. The barber Jose was rude. The haircut was horrible and he would just point out cowlicks and make it sound like it was a problem to cut around that. As if barbers aren't experienced with how to handle a cowlick on the crown area? We went to pay at the front and he said "no you pay me" okay, pull out my card and he sighs and points at the ATM which charges a fee. Great. Its 2025, what legit business doesnt have a card reader? Get in the car and his hair is super uneven. One side way shorter than the other and above one ear is trimmed super uneven as you can see. The whole exchange was uncomfortable and unprofessional. He just needed a normal, nice hair cut and instead we had to come home and just shave his whole head.

First time customer and couldn’t be more pleased. Lynn was my barber and I ended up with one of the best haircuts I’ve had. Where most barbers take 25 minutes and do most of my cut with clippers, Lynn took a little extra time and care to use scissors and delivered a great final product. Plus amazing conversation the whole time - he could get along with anyone. A+

I am a musician and am flying to Europe to go on tour and to be inducted into the Lithuanian Music HOF. Called in advance to see if they could do a retro long trim pompadour. I was told yes to bring a picture of what I wanted. Showed the barber the picture. She said she could do it. Looks nothing like the picture.(see photos what I asked for and what I got). My hair cut is terrible. With a straight face she says it looks just like the picture. She should have been honest in the beginning and told me she was unable to do this style of haircut. Way, way, way too short and is un-even. Too short to style it. Left hair on the left side of my neck. Hair was coming out in clumps when I tried to comb it in the car. I paid her and tipped her just to get out of there. The saving grace is I’m not bald and it will grow back I guess. Really had high hopes for this place. I’ll move on and hope for better in several months when my hair grows back out.

Love this place. Mr. Brian is fast and has a good memory for my sons haircut. Very satisfied with his service. Lets me know every detail of what's good and whats bad for my sons haircut. Mrs. Melissa did my daughter's haircut and I was satisfied. However, a coke/ water /snack vending machine or ( $ 1.00 Mini snack bar ) would be nice for those times we have to wait . Or free popcorn 😆 lol. 100 % satisfied with their service. Very family oriented place for the entire family 5 STARS

Brought my five year old here to fix a horrible haircut from Supercuts. Everyone is really nice, and the prices are great. I have two boys and from now on they will only get hair cuts at Kingwood Barber Shop. My husband now comes here as well to get a hot shave and a haircut.
