I’ve been looking for a shop for a while and think I finally found one. Walked in, was greeted right away, and Heather took care of me. She helped me find the right cut, easy to talk to, and just felt genuine. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

The team here I great. I used to go to Madison and she did a great job. She got promoted and now I’ve been with Selena. She does a fantastic job as well. I’m a member for almost a year now and have been happy so far with the ability to get an appointment and have a great experience.

Lauren did an amazing job on my cut and color! The conversation was interesting the whole time, and he was professional from start to finish. He took my inspiration photo and made it work perfectly for my hair type and face shape. Hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had. Bazooka Charlie’s isn’t just for the boys, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been seeing Selena for over two years even prior to her move to the Keller location. There is a reason I moved locations with her. She has always taken care of me and has left me more than satisfied every two weeks I come to see her. At this point she knows me so well I don’t even need to tell her what I need done, she always knows. Selena is a very dedicated and attentive member of staff that deserves all the business and credit she gets.

We truly loved our experience at this barber shop! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. Lauren and Madison were extremely professional, patient, and so great with my boys. The haircuts turned out absolutely awesome—neat, stylish, and exactly what we hoped for. It’s not easy to find a place that combines great service with beautiful results for children, but this place truly does. Highly recommend to all parents!

I’ve been going to Selena for a few years now and she recently moved to the Keller location. Great cut every time. She’s personable, does an incredible job and works with my crazy schedule. Cannot recommend highly enough. I go every other week so they have options for monthly memberships that are beyond worth the money.

EDIT: The VP personally reached out and offered me a complimentary second haircut. I’m happy to say this visit was fantastic. Original: I came to this location on July 2nd based on the high reviews, as my usual barber was unavailable. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not worth the $54 I paid. While the barber was friendly, the quality of the fade was far below what I expected from a shop with this reputation. And I don't like to make a big scene so I didn't say anything in the shop but had asked her to fix it twice before getting up to leave. I understand hair grows back, but when you're charging premium prices, basic technical skills like a proper fade should be a given. I sincerely hope this barber receives further training. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I left feeling disappointed and let down. I just got back from my trip and was thinking whether or not to leave this review but thought it may help others. Attached is the picture I showed the barber and the haircut I recieved
