Before I retire for the evening, I want to give a shout to CC (and the owner) for getting my haircut right!! I honestly didn’t know what I wanted, they were patient with me, and professional!!! Thank You CC for your professional opinion for my hair and trim me up!! I appreciate amazing customer service and outstanding product (service)!! I will be back! Great Service!! Amazing atmosphere!! This is one of the best barbershops hands down. My son has been gettin his hair cut here by Seda for two years. Go check her out she is amazing and very professional.

Amazing energy and amazing people! Everyone who works there is so receptive and kind and Earl did an amazing job! I haven't had a barber who has treated me and my hair this well in a long time! Couldn't be happier and will absolutely be coming back.

Seda is hands down the best barber I’ve ever come across! I found her through social media, and booking with her was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She truly takes her time with each cut and is incredibly precise, especially before adding any enhancements. Her attention to detail is unmatched. The shop itself is extremely professional and well-run. From the moment you walk in, you’re warmly greeted by her staff, and the same goes when you leave. The range of services offered in one location is not only convenient but also top-tier in quality. Even though I drive an hour just to see Seda, it’s 100% worth it. I’m so happy I found this place, truly a gem!

No, no, no. I cannot recommend this place for a child's haircut at the age of 5 and under - unless the barber has displayed experience with that age group. The experience from the moment I sat down to wait for my son's haircut was nothing but disappointing. - Barber set an appointment for us: we arrived 15 minutes early - Approximately 15 minutes after the appointed time, the barber states he could not take us because he FORGOT he already had 2 appointments - Told we could not be accommodated, especially with my son being 2 and that it would be a long while if I stayed - I left, asked for a manager/owner to see if someone else could fit us in - they addressed the situation with the barber for the original appointment instead - Told it would be 30 - 45 minutes - In 45 minutes, I was called to be told it would be another 30 minutes. In 30 minutes, we still waited another 20 minutes. At this point, my son is restless, sleepy and hungry - though I fed him - he was overstimulated considering we had him past his nap time. For parents, it is already difficult with scheduling calendar events. That said, this was highly inconvenient all around. My son was left crying the WHOLE experience because the barber held him like an adult, wasn't inviting, didn't have the proper tools, and was not ready - he kept focusing more on other clients than he was my son at our appointed time. It's unfortunate, as I was hoping this would be "the spot". If not for a good Samaritan offering to pay, I would not have paid if they had asked me to. Especially, since I did most of the cutting myself - and this was not my son's first haircut! ------ To the owner: Thank you for your reply and accountability. I will reconsider my options of coming back when my son is older, or if you have someone else equipped with the tools and know-how to barb a child's hair that's under the age of 5. Thank you again for your time!

Hello, we truly do thank you for your support. I do apologize if you felt like your situation wasn’t resolved. You caught us at an extremely busy part of the year. Your baby should have been prioritized as I tried to do as the owner. I apologized and tried to resolve the issue. However with the back to school rush it was very hard to get you into anyone else seat. I truly agree that the barber should have handled this situation much better and we will talk. We can’t allow this to happen ever again. We take full responsibility for this situation due to the barber double booking by mistake. Thank you so much for stopping by!

DJ Was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, very patient… Very understanding. He helped me from the beginning to the end regarding my Appointment time and also allowing us to come earlier due to my own special circumstances. The music was on point… The vibe was great and it was all much appreciated.

Gratitude is hands down one of the best barbershops around. The vibe is on point, the design is super fresh, and the barbers really know their craft. My pre-teen and teen get their cuts from DJ, and every time they leave, their confidence is through the roof. He’s got serious skills—always keeps my boys looking sharp—and he does locs too! Couldn’t be happier that we found this spot. Highly recommend! 💈😍🔥

New to Katy & grateful I found this barbershop. 2nd time here for me and my boys and I love the vibe. Everyone is very professional. I came both times as a walk in and received service immediately. I’m a repeat customer for Paris and my sons have had service with DJ. Both of My son’s hair always come out excellent. And Paris is awesome with the lineups for myself. Overall a great experience. I’m glad I found this barbershop. I Will be booking appointments with them from here on out 👍🏽 -Stori

I had a great experience at Gratitude. Ben cut my significant other hair after he had a brain surgery.My barber was very professional and attentive to detail. The shop had a great vibe, very welcoming and comfortable. They took the time to ask about my preferences and offered great advice on hair care. Thank you for the great service, I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!"

Walked in here on a Monday looking for a new barber…. Was blessed that Alex was at the shop and available to cut me! I’m so happy I randomly walked into this shop because Alex is an amazing barber! He actually takes his time and is very meticulous in getting the small details right. He doesn’t rush through your haircut as so many of the new barbers do. He is very thorough and the man knows his job well! I described to him what I wanted, showed him a photo and he executed perfectly! I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone in the Katy area looking for a good barber! You won’t be disappointed! Also… The shop is beautiful inside. Everything is new and they even have an upstairs area with pool tables and entertainment. Alex definitely found himself a long time client!!!
