Unfortunately I have to revise my review. I went in today and was told that I would have to pay via Zelle. What!? I scanned the QR code 3 times and it didn’t work. I was then asked to go to the ATM and pulse cash which of course cost me extra money. The owner was on the phone but offered no solution or didn’t seem to even care about the inconvenience. My son and I have been coming here for some time now and I’ve seen a decline in customer service. This is our last visit. I felt like the staff was not prepared to deal with the situation and had to call the owner who seemed cold and distant. If you have an issue processing payments as an owner you better be in the barber shop, not taking phone calls from staff that don’t know how to fix it. Very disappointed. Please do better.

I walked into this salon and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who gave me a refreshing cold drink. I was impressed by the good haircut and she didn’t skip on the details! My new go to barber.

Wow! Just got the best haircut the other day! I reached out to management to explain how excited I was to have such a great skin fade, but no one has gotten back to me so I thought I would post my fade for them to see and give three stars instead of 5. They say it’s European!

I went here for a low cut or a clean bald look. I expressed concerned that my head or skin is sensitive. After hearing that TT took very good care of me. See room her time to pull out ingrown hairs on my head and face and made sure I had the best experience.

Tina was absolutely incredible. She squeezed me in for a last minute haircut the day before an interview and gave the best last minute haircut I’ve ever received. Make sure to book her a couple days in advance because I got lucky and she is usually booked out a couple days in advance due to so many repeat customers!

I am not used to spending $40 for a haircut. In Houston you can get a haircut as much as $5.99 if you go near Chinatown. It averages around $20 for a 10-15min haircut at least in the Katy area. First, I admit that this is the best haircut I ever got for any price. Ana was great 👍🏼. So, if you are just in for a good quality haircut, then this is the place. Now, coming back to price because that bothered me a lot as I never spent such amount for a haircut. But, the overall experience, quality and bang for the buck is definitely there. First my 6 year old is way too into Arcade. If I take him to some place it would easily cost around $10-15 for the games. Then free beverage service like Soft drinks or🍺 etc would cost around $5. The $40 service included the best quality haircut+shampoo+3-5 min massage. And they take around 35-40min for the whole service. That's at least $30 worth IMO just for haircut. Now, add Arcade+drinks+overall experience being there (free WiFi+entertainment etc), it's at least 40-45$ worth services. I think it's worth it (especially if you enjoy everything that comes in the package). Now, for those who used to pay this much, must be thinking that it's over analysis. A good haircut is worth it. I don't deny. But my review is based on someone who is not used to these prices. Anyways, my 6 year old said this is one of the best barbershops he has ever been to. Not just because of the Arcade, but he liked the end result of his haircut, massage, shampoo experience etc. That's why I rated 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and it's worth it. One catch, I probably visit every 2-3 months so that I don't spend too much 😉 Finally I loved the quote "don't gamble with your hair". Which is pretty much my experience with other barbershops whether it's $5.99 or $20. Btw, this is my lengthiest review ever! I thought it's decent time spent because it changed my view. 👍🏼

Tina is an absolute pro. She cuts my son’s hair perfect. He has always been so anxious getting his hair cut but not anymore. All staff are super friendly. Salon is very clean and neat. Love the retro decor. There are arcade games and complimentary drinks and snacks. Each station has their own Tv and wash area, very cool!
