Had a great experience here this is really a people’s place! Welcoming and friendly customer service was an A+. I walked in last minute and Gessel gave me a trim and shape up just before closing! I recommend you guys book ahead of time you might not be as lucky.

Eddie was patient with my 5 year old son. He took his time with his hair and asked how we wanted the cut and if we wanted his hair styled with hair product. The establishment is clean and nice. I highly recommend Eddie!

It was very flexible to get an appointment - easy through their site and lots of choices to match my schedule. Joanna - my stylist - was excellent. Very patient, very thorough, excellent customer service, and really knew her stuff. I will definitely make my next appointment with her.

I have been there for 3-4 times and i assure you that they are not good at their jobs. I have tried with different stylists every time and all did a poor job. Even with repeated explanation they do what they know. When I confronted they resisted their best.

I was visited this salon first time and I’m very happy with the Marie S service. The Marie was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The stylist listened carefully to what I wanted and did an excellent job. The place was clean and well-maintained. I will definitely come back again and recommend this salon to others.

I traveled to Texas to house sit for a relative. I was overdue for a haircut so I booked the closest place, which was Cool Heads. It's very easy to find and the facility was clean and professional. Rodney was my first-available. I was very pleased with the service. I told him how I preferred my haircut and he did a great job. If I am ever in need of a haircut in the future, and I am in Texas, I would be happy to go to Cool Heads again. Highly recommended!

Got a haircut with Maria D and had a great experience. She was friendly, listened carefully to how I wanted my hair, and paid close attention to detail. The shop was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the cut came out exactly the way I asked. Definitely recommend booking with Maria D for a professional and consistent haircut.

Gessel C did an amazing job with my haircut! She was excellent at understanding exactly what I wanted and followed my instructions perfectly.
