Today was my first time getting my haircut from this place. Jonathan was the one that got assigned to cut my hair. He took his time, he paid a lot of attention to detail, very friendly, great customer service. I really really loved my haircut. I highly recommend this place. Go see Jonathan

It was the worst barber experience of my life. I finished the shave halfway through and didn't continue. They shamelessly gave me a discount. They said there would be no free haircut. Shameless people.

Grateful for Sean the Barber for recommending the Classic. He not only made me look fresh, but went above and beyond to maximize my experience and make it amazing. I truly appreciated him checking on me throughout the shave to ensure I was comfortable. Definitely returning to Urban City and requesting Sean. A1 service. 💯👌🏾🪒

Jay gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had in Houston. He is a true professional. He asked the right questions and did everything with precision. Sometimes you have to guide the barber but Jay was a true artist with the ish. I highly recommend him!! 5 star service… no cap!!!

This the worst cut I ever got. Definitely not work $70. Came here a couple times but definitely won’t be back. I didn’t even feel like going back and forth with the barber cuz it’s clear he didn’t know how to cut black hair.(these pics were taken less than 5 minutes after getting out the chair..the cut looks 2 weeks old)

Marcelino cut my husbands hair. He was awesome from the moment we walked in till we left. We ended up coming in 10 mins before they closed and he took us in anyways. Man did a great job on the cut and the beard. Made awesome conversation and was all around a really chill dude. Highly recommend setting up an appointment with him and we will definitely be coming back again even tho we from out of town!

Came here because I see the 5 star reviews and those aren’t lying!!!! Staff is super friendly and Antonio was amazing. He wouldn’t let me leave unless I’m happy. I highly recommend him if you come here. It is located in the galleria mall. Super convenient with underground parking. If you are in town, come here for a nice haircut.
