I’ve been coming to Top Styles for years, and it’s always been an exceptional experience. The barbers here are true professionals who take pride in their craft, always delivering clean, precise cuts that keep me coming back. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the attention to detail is unmatched. Side note: My barber Osman is an absolute wizard with the clippers! He always keeps me looking fresh and clean, no matter what. If you’re looking for consistent quality and a barbershop that truly cares about its clients, I can’t recommend Top Styles enough!

Very poor experience at this place, I booked my appointment online as requested on a Wednesday and never got confirmation. So walk into the place, waa very dark and the seating area as well seats were dirty. One of the staff asked if I made appointment and I said yes, again only to find out if not confirmed by the staff I didn't have an appointment, I said this to whomever it was and was told not to tell him how to run the business and was chasing after me with 3 customers in the building, 2 in the chairs and 1 in seating area and 2 staff members. I said well enjoy your 1 star Google review and left the parking strip. Very poorly addressed whomever this person was

Thank you for wanting to give us a try. When you first came in we asked you kindly if you had an appointment, to which you replied, "yes, I made it on booksy". You said you sent a request on a Wednesday to be booked a Saturday. We told you if you didn't get a confirmation then it didn't make the appointment. Your next words were, "ya'll need to erase that damn app of your phones if ya'll are not going to confirm", in a very loud diminishing tone. We are humans just like you and do not like to be almost screamed at. When I (Osman) addressed you about your diminishing attitude you started to walk out. I will not allow you to disrespect me, other employees, or customers. No one chased you, I have cameras inside and out that contradict your review. The issue was poorly addressed? The issue was addressed properly from the beginning but you kept on insisting and being rude in front of everyone what was present. We thank you for not coming back, as our customers are very respectful people and those clients keep us busy. You are the exact type of client we do not want at our business. Your google badges do not make you a great reviewer. Now go cry a river Christopher. South east Texas is having a drought bottle up the your tears and send them that way.

Been going to Top Styles for 8 years. I have never once been dissatisfied. Phenomenal fades every single time, and genuinely great customer service. The owner only allows quality barbers, so no matter which barber you get you will get a great cut. They do all types of hair (black, white, Latino etc). I have sent numerous people to them and every single person has thanked me for the recommendation. Due to the quality of work these guys do, they have multiple repeat clients and it is best to call ahead and make an appointment. 10/10 Thank you Top Styles, I appreciate you guys!

I had a great experience with this place! I brought my father in law to get his hair cut and he uses a wheelchair. They pulled a chair and mat out the way quick for us so I could roll him up. Ladies were very friendly and polite. They did a great job on his hair and I’ll be going to get my done there because of it!!

I walked in without being greeted, unaware that they work through appointment only, i sat and waited. I saw a couple people walk in and get sat so I assumed they were appointments. I don't see a sign that it's by appointment only and I definitely didn't get any information from the staff. I learned through the poor reviews they have online about this problem. I do not believe the poor reviews are coming from people not wanting to pay for an appointment, but from the lack of info the business provides. It also doesn't seem they intend to correct this problem. A customer's time is just as valuable as the staff's.. taking 1 minute to stop the haircut and inform me of the policy would've went a long way for me.

They do a great job on the haircuts, but they do lack customer service skills. They need a better system, waiting 2+ hours is not fair to the customer. Either stop making appointments and have a sign in system as you enter or just cut hair by appointments only.

Before I say anything else, make sure you make an appointment! You're going to be waiting a long while if you don't. My husband has been getting his cut here with Alex for a good while now and he is always extremely pleased with the results. The barbers are meticulous, talented with basic fades and more detailed designs, and provide honest opinions when asked. It may not be in the fanciest part of town but are the good spots ever really?

These guys will give you a clean cut and I mean you will be looking fresh when you come out the door. All barbers use a clippers, scissors, and for the finishing touch you get a straight razor finish for the crisp look. I recommend checking this place out . Price wise its competitive to other similar barbershops, but if you live up on the North side of Houston then def check them out. You wont be disappointed.
