Walked in and sat down in waiting area, no one approached to assign or tell you how long to wait. I was in there for 20 minutes and the 2 people that came in after me got assigned right away for service. The lady with the chair in the front saw me sitting there for a while too.

Mike is hands down the best barber in Houston! He has an incredible talent for cutting hair in a way that not only looks amazing but also boosts your confidence. Every time I leave his chair, I feel great about myself and ready to take on anything. Highly recommend!"

I've been having a hard time finding a decent barber since I moved out of New York. I took my girlfriends son to Mike D few times decided to change barbers. It's always a good vibe and a fresh cut. Real solid barber and will be coming back.

I am visiting from out of town. I was hitting the Planet Fitness and saw Smash on my way. I was a week overdue so I stopped in. Very welcoming and professional environment. Although I was a walk-in, I was able to see Reilly within 5 mins of my arrival. She did a fantastic job-didn’t bump my noggin and didn’t allow any clipper skin burn or skin cuts. Very pleasant experience and conversation. I will be back next time I am in Town. Thanks !!

By far my best barber shop experience, since relocating to Houston. The atmosphere is welcoming. Every barber is skilled and does a fantastic job. I’m biased toward my barber Coco. She’s professional and cuts hair to perfection!! I searched for a good barber / stylist after relocating to Houston to no avail. Luckily, I found this shop on Instagram and booked Coco. My search ended after my first appointment with Coco. Found my barber!! I highly recommend Coco. You won’t go wrong!!

The service is premium for a premium price! Scheduling is easy and they respect your time. Brittany gave me an elite consultation and offered products to give me the best experience. Smash the City Barbershop is the go to barbershop for professionals who want to look their very best! The atmosphere is pleasant and the barbers are friendly and provide great customer service!

Extremely service oriented and professional barbershop. Smash pays great attention to details and needs of the client. He’s dedicated to the craft and service of the barbering profession. Additionally, he will go out of his way to tend to the cheers of the client. I was extremely hot due to the Houston Heat & smash offered to me a water, got me a towel and even retrieved a fan for my own personal use. 5 stars all around.

Jayda was amazing and so patient and kind with my son. Her lining game is serious!!!! The customer service is top tier and the vibe in the shop is relaxing and chill 😎 I highly recommend this shop!!
