1st, Made a appt online at 5:20 for 6pm & while i was on my way at 5:44 i got a text that asking if i could wait til 6:30 but didn’t see it since i was driving so had to wait 30 minutes. 2nd thing ,i told the barber what my son wanted (middle part , thin out the top and even out the hair on the top as well with a mid fade.) my son used to have a comb over so some pieces where short but overall we wanted to keep the length to have a middle part but my son was left with a bowl cut with a mid fade. Looks crazy! After repeating myself that he wanted a middle part the guy tries to style it but cut way too much off so of course it looks terrible! 3rd thing online said fee was cheaper for sure less then $20 with some discount but ended up saying $35. I was over it and so was my son so i just paid. Never going again , my son is so upset!

We want to clarify that the app sometimes shows that the barber is already busy with a direct call from a client. That's why we messaged you in advance to let you know you could arrive at 6:30. This isn't to excuse the delay, but we did communicate with you, and you didn't see the message. It's important to note that we only have appointments available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays until 3 pm. The error that appears in the app is something I only noticed after your review, but we appreciate your business nonetheless, and your next appointment will be free. I’d really recommend giving Samuel Ros a try if you’re looking for a great barber. He takes pride in his work, keeps a very professional shop, and consistently does an excellent job — you can tell he genuinely cares about getting it right. He’s originally from the Dominican Republic, so his English isn’t perfect, but he makes the effort and the results speak for themselves. A haircut you will be proud of!

The place is spotless and gorgeous. All of his barbers are quite talented and SAMUEL is a hell of a barber! My boys have 2 VERY different grades of hair which most barbers have failed to be able to work with but Samuel is skilled. I love it here; this shop is A-1 fa sho! 🔥

Great barber great service good with kids Samuel cut my boys hair did a excellent job I been looking for a barber since I moved to Houston couple months already I’m glad I found him we drove 1hr 25min and I will be going back I recommend them to any one 👌👌👌I also got a cut from the Cuban barber junior he is great I’ll be going back to him too thank you

***AUTISM FAMILIES LOOK NO FURTHER***** I had originally come across Samuels recommendation from an autism support group and made a note of him. When it had come time to get my son’s haircut I gave him a call and we got right in. Normally is a very stressful experience for everyone involved, but Samuel truly truly understands our babies and the special needs they have! He made sure he was comfortable, talked to him, took breaks when he was getting overstimulated, had toys to help distract him, quiet clippers and overall just had an enormous amount of patience and understanding. I can’t tell you how much of a relief it is to finally find someone that really understands. You will have a customer for life my friend. You truly are a blessing to our special community 🖤

I am not one to typically leave a bad a review but wow where do I even begin I called in to see if I could come in as a walk in my buddy typically cuts my hair but I desperately needed a haircut I was let me test my luck can’t bad seeing the shop had great reviews. Upon coming in I got directed to a barber I believe the gentlemen was from New York spoke highly of himself saying he had been cutting for many years so I am like ok I can’t go bad right. I had been growing out my hair so I was pretty specific mid drop fade and to keep all my bulk on side and top just add some texture I even showed the guy of the hair cut so there was no misunderstanding on what I wanted crop top with drop fade. I instantly felt the clippers go right in to my bill in my head I was no way this guy just cut right into my side where I specifically told him not to touch he had me turned against the mirror so I could see what wat going on but I still had faith I let him do his work then he starts cutting the top which I told him just add texture don’t cut any of the top. I could already tell my hair was chopped I could just feel it after a while he finally finishes he doesn’t even turn me completely towards the mirror and fails to show me haircut with mirror to see if I even liked it I think he knew he messed up I could tell completely cus he still had me turned sideways but I was like I can’t even get upset cus my hair off I still have him a generous tip. As soon as I got in my car I looked at my self in the mirror weighlines everywhere he cut all my bulk off after showing him pictures and be specific about not touching the top other the texture. Guy butchered my haircut so bad I looked ridiculous not even close to the picture I showed him he probably looked at the pic and was like I am giving this guy a flat top. See the thing is I don’t even tell the guy I was a barber myself so I had to come back to my shop to try and salvage it watever was left of this horrific haircut. I definitely support all barbers but definitely will not be coming back to this establishment even tho the shop was nice and clean. How u get this cut from the picture I showed him. Definitely needs some more practice or pay attention more to the customer and detail. Not even close to the pic he even dug into my hairline making me look like I have a receding hairline look bald. And then I get a reply back from the owner of the business after writing this review stating I made poor communication idk how much clearer u can be stating specific details and referencing haircut with a picture pretty clear what I wanted compared to what I actually got not even the same take accountability for error don’t say I made poor communication.

I'm really upset because they make my beard is like monkey also my special day already spoiled my beard is my life so no any excuse to say fast time they make the mistake so I asked them your people is can make correct again they show me the pictures also Arabic beard so after again same more ugly and I'm saying to this is not right one what are you people do giving the warning to me get out the Barber Shop otherwise they calling the police so panny and nice customer service nice customer care if your people also like to take the nice monkey beard style come to visit getting surprise
