Best barbershop in the city. Great atmosphere, and when it comes to haircuts, they DON'T miss. You don't have to worry about the first chair stigma either.

My Son have been going to Aj' Barber shop for over 6 years now. My Son can't see his self anywhere else. He loves the way Joe cuts his hair. Nice conversation and topics .Blessings...

Rock has been cutting my son's hair for 15 years he is a great barber and I love the environment. He is a very supportive and motivated man and he is the life of the shop. If you were to go you would love him and his work as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My son has been going to this barber shop since his very first hair cut! A great family friend environment and BLACK OWNED!!! If you ever want to laugh and make long lasting connections all while get your kids or yourself fresh/cute then I HIGHLY recommend this barbershop. Rock is truly the life and energy of the shop. When he comes in no matter what’s going on everyone gets excited, he is also one of the coldest barbers in the game!

I have been coming to Aj’s Barbershop for 5 years now, my son’s barber is Rock! He makes us feel like family and is always ready and willing to put us on schedule! Not to mention his work is amazing!!! Best barber in Houston!

Been coming here since I was a teenager. Great place, great environment to come get your haircut by some of the best barbers in the city. Would recommend AJs Barber shop 10/10 times for anybody in the Houston area needing a fresh cut.

I personally feel like this barbershop is the best in my eyes I’ve been going here for years I’ve noticed how the business has changed for the better the updates the customer service the workers the environment they are open 7 days a week they will get you in and out they have great availability’s are open to try new styles and cuts anywhere else in HOUSTON IVE BEEN TO I HAVE NOT HAD THAT EXPERIENCE… they do a lot for the community they have school drives and donate a lot more they are ever asked to they provide school uniforms and supplies I’ve recommended a lot of people I’ve heard no complaints you also build great business relationships and bonds for the real world

I loved my experience at Ajs. The environment was very welcoming and family friendly. I got some great laughs and an even better haircut for my son out of this shop. I used the barber known as Rock. He was quick and efficient. I’ll definitely be returning.
