Extremely disappointed in this place. I have given this Location three tries, and every time they are too busy to help customers. they close at 7 PM and sign says that they take walk-ins. I walked in at 5:35 PM and only two people are cutting hair and the rest (3 of them) are sitting in their chairs. I asked for a haircut and they said they were busy and booked. I was even willing to wait to be worked in, and they all denied me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They always say to book online, but their rates are higher booking online than it is going in person. If they were packed, and about to close, I would understand. But you have three empty chairs with barbers waiting for people who might show up, that is not good customer service or business. Too many other good places.

Angel was amazing! We had previously went to Jocys where we were turned away for not speaking Spanish and when I called Olees Angel answered and was able to get us right on in and get my son looking right for picture day. Will not be going anywhere else but Olees from here on out 👏🏽

The shop is nice and the lady who cut my son’s hair did a great job. The only reason I won’t be going back, is the music they played was very vulgar. Not a place I would recommend for children personally.

If you live on the East side of Houston Book with anyone in this shop !!! I’ve been with Olee for almost 10 years !!! He does a phenomenal job in my boys and my beard !! Highly recommended!!! 6 Stars !!!

I didn't get to catch the barbers name but he took us in after hours to cut our sons hair, this was my baby's 1st haircut he's about to be a year & he was scared and acting super fussy and the barber was super patient with our son and he did our sons haircut soo good! I really love how his hair came out! And I loved how the barber was super patient and still cut his hair while my son was having a whole tantrum. Would definitely come back!

Efrain is a great barber and great homie! He takes his time (in a good way) and makes sure you look clean before you leave the shop! Everyone there is chill and very professional, and they want to make sure you get more than your money’s worth!!!

It was my first time coming to this barbershop 💈 but it was by far the best experience I’ve had at a shop. Shoutout to JP for the cut, my favorite result in years. The guy is a professional and takes his craft seriously. Y’all will not regret booking with him. High quality cuts with a touch of that great southern hospitality. I will definitely be going back!

This barbershop is definitely the best in Houston. To the guy named William, amazing job on cutting my hair love it! The seats are comfy the smell is good they play music and make small conversations. They greet you and have waters and soda that you can buy. Nothing is wrong with this place 10/10 🙌

Been going here for almost 2 years never had an issue never been disappointed, all barbers are client welcome and easy going with your schedule. Plus you don't have to worry about walking out with a chili bowl hair cut.

Great barbers. You can't complain about the wait time if you walked in without an appointment. These people are amazing at their job and have a lot of customers who make appointments. Olee, the owner, and Chris ate highly recommended
