Found this little hidden gem by coincidence and I'm so glad I did! I took my son in for a cut and was met by Terrell at the door. Terrell was extremely friendly, and exceeded my expectations. I appreciate how he kept a conversation going with my son and made sure to cut exactly what my son told him to. We found our new spot! Thanks Terrell!

Brought my brother to get his haircut by Terrell and we had a great experience. He was professional, took his time, and the haircut came out really clean. Nice atmosphere in the shop too. Highly recommend booking with Terrell!

Came in for the first time and was helped instantly by Leah. Was great work. No complaints. Made sure my cut was good and I was satisfied before I paid. Great place, really welcoming and chill. Would definitely recommend for anyone around the area.

Today I had one of the best haircuts I received on my 30 years of living on this earth. I am always skeptical and picky on who cuts my hair. I decided to give Next Up Barber Studio a shot. BEST DECISION EVER! I chose Leah C to give me a slick back hairstyle with a taper and let me tell you….she delivered. The focus she had made me have no doubts on the result. I will be coming back and ask for her every single time.

Erik is the real deal. Hands down one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. The fade was clean, the blend was perfect, and the attention to detail was next level. He takes his time, knows his craft, and makes sure you leave looking sharp and feeling confident. Definitely my go-to from now on.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Andre for a while now, and he never disappoints. His attention to detail is top-notch — you can tell he really takes pride in his work. I had an appointment with Leah and let me just say I don't really trust anyone with my hair and went in scared especially because I was trying a new place with someone I didn't even know, but she exceeded all my expectations and did amazing!! She had a lot of hair to work with but she did the damn thing! I told her what I wanted and she made suggestions during the cut and gave me recommendations as she was cutting and still let me make my own decision if that's what I wanted or not and she kept great conversation the whole time to keep me feeling comfortable through the whole cut! The environment at the shop was very welcoming and they made me feel at ease when I first walked in even if it was my first time there. Even the receptionist was amazing and kept me laughing. I don't know his name but he made the experience better as well. The whole place is a vibe. Leah thank you for the awesome cut and making me feel welcomed and being patient with my hair because I know it was long and has been a minute that I cut my hair. I will definitely be back. You have a new, returning customer for a long while as long as I reside in Houston. Thank you so much!🙌🙏🙏
