I’ve been here twice and honestly had a mixed experience. The first time, I booked online, but when I got there Luis didn’t seem to know about my appointment. He still took me in, which I appreciated, but it did create a bit of confusion with the schedule and another client ended up being delayed. Two weeks later I decided to give it another shot. This time I texted Luis directly and he confirmed the appointment. I showed up about five minutes early, but he wasn’t there yet. Another barber called him, and he said he didn’t remember having an appointment at that time and kept asking how I booked it. He said he’d be there shortly, but I couldn’t wait too long, so I asked the other barber if he could take me instead and he agreed. When Luis arrived about 15 minutes later, he asked why I had booked with him if I was going to sit with someone else. That interaction honestly felt awkward and unprofessional, especially coming from the owner. To be fair, the haircut and beard trim were decent. No complaints there. But the overall vibe and communication matter a lot to me, and that part really affected the experience. Just sharing my honest experience.

Great atmosphere at Luis Barbershop, but the highlight was definitely the cut from Jonathan. He’s got a great eye for style and made sure every line was crisp. The shop is clean and welcoming, and Jonathan’s skill level is top-tier. I’ll definitely be a regular in his chair.

I had a fantastic experience during my haircut appointment. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. Excellent job by Luis Gabriel! I ended up here by accident, but I don’t regret it at all. Great service — fast and high quality. Totally recommend it! As the Cuba say: Tremendo trabajo hiciste, asere. Quedé más que contento, de verdad.

Very happy with my haircut and beard trim. Today was my first day ever to go to this place and I was impressed. Very clean area, and very nice people. Fabian cut my hair and he was very detailed and gave me the best haircut ever. Don't sleep on this place, go here for your next haircut and you won't be disappointed... 30 for a haircut, 45 for haircut and beard trim.

Stopped in for a cut before my flight and received top quality service from Ivan. He put time and care into getting me super fresh to head home after so much time away at work. From the time I sat in his chair all the way till he finished, it was clear and obvious Ivan took pride in his job and was paying attention to every detail. Going back over the cut several times to ensure he had provided me with the best cut I could get. Going forward, any and all times I have to fly out of George Bush, Ivan will definitely be my last stop before dropping off the rental. So of you want a damn good cut and fade and beard trim and a razor edge up and want it done by a barber who will have you leaving, knowing it was money well spent and felling brand new, then 💯 Ivan is the man to see!!
