I do like the Jackson barber college. The one cut my hair the way want it and he listens to me and repeate what I said how I want my hair. His name is Bishop. I like to make him my mean barber. I look for him every time I go get a haircut. Thanks Bishop. Keep up the good work.

I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Jackson the owner and founder. He greets everyone like family. I was able to be seated quickly. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was very pleased with the end results.

If I could give zero stars I would’ve. Instructors don’t supervise students, not everyone should be cutting hair. I’ve got my hair cut twice by a guy named Antonio first time wasn’t so bad I’d say 6.5/10 but yesterday and it’s been at least 3 months since I’ve been there. By far the worst haircut I’ve ever had will honestly just cut my own hair if I have to go to another barber college. From his clipper blades being dull, to constantly cutting off, then edge up was so messed up tried fixing it when I got home. He messed my mustache/beard clean up so bad I just asked him to cut it all off. First time having no facial hair in 7 years and looked like a gd plucked duck. Please management get it together or just shut down.

I would not recommend no one to come to this barber college. My husband was there before a disabled person. He gave a person his spot he had to wait a whole hour no hospitality. He wants to support our black business. He asked for his money and he left.

My son has Down syndrome, and I wanted to make sure they had someone who had the patience to deal with him. She told me about Mr. Mike and the best time to come in since they only take walk-ins. Mr. Mike placed him with his student instead and ensured we were educated about the styles. They made sure I was comfortable with what I wanted and the terminology. My little man did further educate the young man. They offered to bring Mr. Mike in, but he was sure of himself to finish. I must say, I was very impressed. The young man will be leaving soon since all he had to know was confirm his hours. I’m hopeful the next will be able to do a great job with such a short time. Charles doesn’t allow anyone to give him a perfect cut. This young man did a fantastic job, in between chair hop outs, hollers, etc. He encouraged my little man the entire time. Thumbs up!!

I called first yesterday and asked if they accept walk ins and they said yes. I came today and im going to assume it was the owner. Was extremely rude. I had my baby girl on me inside her pouch and my two boys with me along with my mom and he basically just yelled at us and said "we not accepting no one else". Its fine. We wont ever come back here again. I will pay more elsewhere thank you! I wish i could put zero stars.

I've been taking my grandson here for the past 6 months, very clean, plenty of seating and well staffed just be mindful that these are barber students however there are a few barbers with experience can't complain for $5.00 cut
