He did not do what i asked and when i asked him to stop pushing my hair back he kept going and said he didn’t care do not go here they do not treat people good unless your of there kind. i only gave the man 15 even tho its 25 am not paying for this it looks like crap and i was treated like crap I want a refund but i dont want any problems.

Best barber ever been going with HP since my now 18 yr old son and all my kids do not want any other barber KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Their store on Friday's was suppose to be open at 8am. It's been almost a whole hour waiting for them to open and no one is here yet. I don't understand why they don't open that they advertise for. Very disappointed

Disclosure - This review won't apply to everyone. If you're Latino / Hispanic, you may have a different and maybe better experience, but as a Black guy.... Eeesshh. First, highlights - Staff is friendly, polite, and the place is open late. I needed a last minute haircut in this part of town, saw they had good ratings and stopped in. If you're Black and walk into a full barbershop and don't see any Black people? ... You know that feeling. If you're reading this and you're not Black, it's not about wanting to be with or around Black people, it's that cutting Black hair requires a whole different set of skills than cutting non Black hair - For further information ask an experienced Barber or a Black friend :) I made sure to ask my barber if he was experienced with Black hair. (Barbers, please be honest. I appreciate when someone tells me the truth as opposed to make a mistake I have to live with, not them) He said he was... He was not. Don't get me wrong, he tried and mostly did an OK job, but he wasn't familiar with the differences entailed in cutting Black hair. You can't just use guards and be done with it, edging, evening the top and other things work differently. So my hair had an edge line that faded quickly, uneven hairs at the top and a completely destroyed wave pattern. I can't really fault him much though. On one hand, they are open to the public, ie - people of all ethnicities, then again, if you're open to everyone you should learn how to service everyone. On the other hand, everyone needs to learn and practice I guess. I can't knock the people there, and can only speak from my experience. If you have African American / Black textured hair, I can't recommend this place based on my experience.

Great service and really good barbers, good prices as well. Highly recommend if you want a fresh and crispy cut!

Asked for a low taper with a trim on top and gave me a high taper and trimmed only the front and left the back long and apart from that he literally made a cut on the back of my head and didn’t offer to put alcohol when he was done, he looked like he didn’t even want to cut my hair

Here on a Friday, they supposed to open at 8 a.m, it's past 10 and it's closed. Not the first time they open very late, it's almost every time I come they aren't open yet. Time to find a NEW barbershop that opens on time. I've been coming here for 5 years, they just lost a loyal customer.

I got here a 7:15 they are supposed to closed at 7:45 and they refused to give me any services. The owner said they were closed. That is really bad customer service. And my boyfriend is a regular customer. We will not be coming back. If I could give them 0 stars I would. So 1 star it is.

Pretty cool place. The staff is friendly and amicable and take their time with the hair cuts. My only issue is that they don't take credit card, only cash, and there is no sign saying so. I personally hate ATMs because you're paying an ATM company to use your own money. I will return and bring cash now that I know.
