Clean, comfortable salon where I have always been able to get a great ‘cut and beard trim. All of the barbers are friendly and professional. Gene is a fantastic barber who has been able to add considerable and appropriate swag to my mature cut. I am a regular customer now and will continue to be.

Booked an appointment on their website with a barber that seemed to fit what my son wanted, paid for services and tip online. When my husband got there he was informed the barber was no longer working at the shop and hadn't been for a while. The staff was amazing and kind we ended up getting the contact information for the barber and my son got his hair cut elsewhere. I Have reached out to management twice to try to get my money back as the barber was no longer at the shop they refuse to answer my calls. I feel as though they left the barber on their website to scam people out of their money.

Shout out to “Gene the Groom King!” First time getting a cut felt like I been going there for years, and when you can feel comfortable enough to pay your barber before he even began? I would've given a 5 stars but I have to be honest. Pros: I loved my barber, he was very polite. -The environment is very clean👏 - Good location. Cons: The haircut itself, I would give a 7/10 because I have had better cuts✂️ . - I had to wait to get the hair cut even though I had an appointment. - The music choice of this Barbershop is highly disturbing, the shop was full of kids getting their haircut and all the songs they played were full of profanities (f.u.ck, p.ussi.es, Di.cks and so on) 🤦‍♀️ I went there with my son. Not sure if I will be going back😥. But hands down, my Barber was a great guy.

Overall a good barbershop. Customer service is pretty good. Haircuts range from fair to great depending on who you choose. Would give them 5 stars but the last time my wife went there a barber charged her 45 dollars for a 25 dollar haircut essentially giving himself an 80% tip without consent. So be careful.

I scheduled an appointment with Eugene, and he completely shaved off my beard with out being asked to do so. he completely denied all responsibility for his mistake and demanded I pay full price for a messed up hair cut. Completely unprofessional. Who would ever want a barber that isn’t man enough to own his mistakes. If you care about your hairline or beard, Please avoid this place. Sub par talent, with premium prices. AVOID AT ALL COST. YOUR WELCOME.

4/16/21 would make my 4th visit here. I have had a mostly great experience. I recently had an issue with the timeliness of one of the barbers who had been cutting my son’s hair for the first 3 visits. This presented a big problem for me, as this was the case each time I visited, even though I had been given an appointment time and was on time each time. I called and asked if I could speak with someone about the matter. Andre was EXTREMELY accommodating to my son, and he was understanding of my frustrations. He offered for us to return(as I had left the shop after waiting almost an hour after my scheduled appointment) and to take care of my son’s haircut at no charge. I was fully willing to pay for services rendered, so I greatly appreciate his professionalism and great attitude about the situation. I would return to this shop because I like the environment, it is clean, and the owner is extremely nice and accommodating, and also is sincere about being a professional and keeping safe practices, which is what keeps any customer coming back. I highly recommend you visit this shop for your barber needs!

Went in because the wait time at my usual place was 2 hours. Saw it on the way home and stopped in. While it cost a little more than I usually pay this place was fantastic. Carlos did a great job on my haircut as well as cleaning up my beard. I will def be back for all my future haircuts. I should say my wife was also amazed by my new haircut.

Walked in and was greeted immediately and felt welcomed by the shop being well clean and Ms. Drea with her exciting energy. And she got me a chair real quick by a great barber name Kevin who hooked me up with a great cut. And his service was great. I highly recommend people to hit up High Definition Barbershop

Booked online. However, they didn't show that the appointment existed, even though we had a confirmation number. Since we were in a bind, and they were the only shop open on a Sunday, we waited for more than an hour for a barber to become available. The shop was clean, the front desk guy was professional, and all of barbers seemed to all do great work. My daughter was happy with her cut. However, we will definitely stick to our regular Master barber, who has her in and out in less than 30 minutes.
