I have been here for over 2 years and I did my red burgundy when a lot of people will not touch and gave me the steps to turn it that color I wanted .. Gissel is my hair stylist and she is patient and is avail when I need her … luv this place

I have been getting my haircut with Juan for a few years now and I when I make an appointment I can always count on an open chair when I arrive and CLEAN cut when I leave. I’m always on the move so I highly value a professional barber that is on it upon my arrival and gets me in and out quickly. Highly Recommended 👌🏾

Worst hair salón. The owner Giselle gave me the appointment for 9 am, I came in 15 minutes earlier and she wasn't waiting for me but yet she came in 30 minutes late and so I had to wait. I showed her the photo of how I wanted my hair and told her not to damage it as the prior hair salon places had damaged very much my hair but unfortunately sge didn't care because she did the same to me. She started the job and left me waiting a long time, leaving me on the hands of another girl and then started working on another client that came in after me. When the girl that took over washed my hair, she finally blowed dried my wet hair, and I felt that my hair was so damaged because I felt my hair so thin white looking like elastic rubber band. My hair was falling like if it was plastic and still I couldn't believe what I was seeing as I had already told them first to please not damage my hair. Last but not least, I told her I didn't like how my hair turned out and she was even wanting to change me more than what she had told me at first. No, I don't recommend you to go to this salon, they don't take your word serious of how you want it but yet she'll charge you more and leave you to go to another client to work on her just so that they don't loose any money and charge more because they care only about the $. I would rate her a 0 or 1 to give her zero stars. I will never come back!

When I got there I was a bit hesitant because I read some of their reviews. I don't let anyone touch my hair if i don't trust them. So of course, I was nervous. but I trusted the process and it came out better than i expected. I been getting so much compliments on my new look.! Everyone was very friendly, and honestly they just gained a new loyal customer.

I am so disappointed with the owner of this establishment. Came this salon to get a quote for hair color and cut I wanted. Made an appointment 1 week before for 9:00am. Came to the hair salon 10 minutes before 9:00am. Waited for her until 9:20 no show. Another Lady that works there asked me if I had an appointment and with who. I told her with the owner of the salon. She then said that she probably forgot about the appointment and for that reason she was not there. I called her to her phone number and she did not answer. I requested off from my job and had to look for a different salon same day last minute. I do not recommend this place at all. Well at least the owner because the other people that work there were very nice while I waited for the owner to show up to her appointment.

Amazing work been over a year I've been going to Gisselle and she's always done amazing work on my hair. The other ladies are very nice. Prices are reasonable for the amazing job she does. She will always be my go to hairdresser very professional and amazing tips to care for your hair. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst hair salon possible. Owner is super unprofessional and not caring for her clients. Scheduled an appointment with the owner, she had someone else do my hair. Had to schedule a second time for a color because the first time it was nothing like the reference photo. The second time was the same again, I had to rearrange my work schedule for this second appointment and it still wasn’t how i wanted. I asked owner for a full refund and she refused to give me one, even though i wasn’t content with the work.If i could i would rate 0 stars for my bad experience. Will never come again.
