Tessa was amazing! I hate getting my haircut but she made it so comfortable and helped me even decide a style. Highly recommend asking for Tessa when you go to the Louetta location!

A phenomenal experience! Been trying to find a decent barber in the area for a while now and I think I finally found what I've been looking for! Walked in on a Friday morning and said I was looking for a barber. Said I had tried a nearby shop a few weeks ago and was dissatisfied. Janae took me right in and was able to get it right! As if she'd been cutting my hair for years! Best haircut I've had in a long time! She is meticulous in her craft and does a superb job. Also got a great beard trim and a shampoo and shoulder massage! It may not be a men's spa but I walked out feeling as if I had been at one. The shop is clean and plays great music! (And it's not too loud like some shops I've been to recently.) The rest of the staff seem great too! I'll be making my appointments with Janae from now on.

Came in not really sure how to describe what I wanted but Tessa was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and even taught me about the differences between styles of haircuts. Tessa was super patient with me and made me feel really welcome and took great care of me! Be sure to request her if you’re looking for a a fantastic hair cut and amazing service.

It's was a great experience. I personally don't like talking much during haircuts, so I liked that my barber (I forgot her name 😭) would only ask me questions when it's important for my haircut. She was very nice and recommended me some leave-in conditioner. My hair especially is hard to work with (well at least I think it is), so I'm glad it wasn't much of a hassle for her. I was able to hear other barbers chatting with their customers so if you like to talk during your haircuts, then I think it's still fine.

Chose this place because my regular barber is unavailable for the time being. After booking my appointment I never received a confirmation text or email. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the shop was clean. Other than getting the second worst haircut in my life, everything was ok. Barber decided to take my neck hairline down to the skin for sone reason which looks completely ridiculous. The top has inconsistent lengths all around. Lastly, I was surprised there was no rinse or style included in this. Luckily my normal barber is returning soon to fix this haircut up.

I highly recommend Floyd's! Went in and was helped by Jenn for a bald fade and beard trim. Booked online so I didn't have to wait. Smooth shave and on point beard line work. Definitely coming back and sticking with Jenn for future trims.

I showed her what cut I wanted and she told Relax , I take care . . I explained to her that she should leave it long on top, that the sides 0-1-2 in a machine to make a gradient and I ruined 5 months taking care of my hair because it grows little! Who is going to fix this for me? the truth is a lot of anger and they just told me- SORRY... the truth is anger and shame, they don't care about me at all!, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, here are the photos, THEY LOOK LIKE

I went with my husband for his haircut, cool place, not stuffy like normal salons. The staff was nice enough and haircut took only 15 minutes. I'd recommend!

Jeff gives me the best haircut and beard trim out of any barber I’ve ever been to, and he is a really nice guy. I will never go to another barber again. Jeff if you ever leave, you need to let me know where you are going! Jana also cut my hair once and did a fantastic job and she is very sweet. The atmosphere in the shop is great and receptionist is friendly. Didn’t give it 5 stars because it is a little pricey and no beverages available.

I've found my new barber! After moving back to this side of town and trying 7 different places, Angel is my dude. Detail oriented and just overall a fun guy to hang out with. Positive attitude and quality work. Can't wait to come back.
