It is hard to find a barber to give you short, but feminine cut. Porcha got me all the way together!!! The atmosphere wasn't uncomfortable. I appreciate that it does not smell like weed. Professional but down to earth at the same time...

Had a phenomenal experience this Saturday with Jay. He used the hot towel method on my hairline which is a great technique for relaxation. Very professional and clean environment. All the barbers seems to have top tier barber skills. Price was reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend this barber shop.

I’m giving one star mainly because of the pricing. The service was fine, but charging around $40 for a simple haircut feels quite expensive compared to other places. I hope the pricing can be reconsidered to make it more reasonable for customers.

I flew into Houston from Miami for the Junior Olympics and decided to check out a nearby barbershop. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The atmosphere was relaxed and clean, making for a great experience. My barber did an outstanding job—better than my usual barber back home! I was genuinely impressed with the haircut. I’ll definitely make a point to visit this shop again whenever I’m in town!

I respect the hustle, but man this guy mess me up, bad. Very unprofessional, useless clippers(his clippers were pulling my hair)…he was also very rough with clippers almost gave a concussion lol….trimmers were too sharp that it cut my hairline and the back of my neck. I’ll keep the rest of my experience in this barbershop to myself, but he needs to work on his customer service and invest in himself and his tools. They also need to clean that mess in that barbershop. Im shocked TDLR haven’t pulled up in there yet, I’m pretty sure some barbers don’t even have a certification or license. They guy was on the very back, young light skin dude with scar tissue on his face.

We have investigated the matter and and apologize for the new barber who just graduated! If it’s anything we can do to accommodate for your experience, feel free to contact us! Since then we have helped him modify all his trimmers and upgraded his tools! Again we apologize! It’s a lesson learned he will never forget! He also stated he didn’t charge which he shouldn’t have !

This was my first time at Blades and Fades and it was a 10/10 experience thanks to DtheBladeSlinga! I’m not familiar with styling short hair (got my first haircut ever 5 months ago) but I told her exactly what I wanted and the look I was going for and she put it into effect. She did a wonderful job walking me through the process, gave tips and tricks on how to keep my curls poppin, and even suggested quality hair products. As far as the atmosphere, it gave a chill and welcoming vibe. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Was looking for a good barber for about 2 weeks, an I stumbled upon Blades & Fades Barbershop I'm not gonna lie I was like "I hope they dont mess up my hair like every other barbershop does because my hairline is tough to work/edge up"....... anywho I got the Barber Rico an told him what I wanted an BAMMMMMM!!!! I WAS SHOCKED, I thought damm if it was possible I would date myself, probably take myself out on a dinner an maybe take myself back to my own place. Rico did an awesome job cutting my hair, very friendly environment, I'm definitely coming here again, also telling all my homeboys about it.

Took my boys and hubby here. My husband had been growing out his hair for a man bun for a year now and I was terrified that someone would mess up the hard work he did growing it out for me. Looked around and read plenty of reviews. Finally came across this place and I’m soooooo glad we found it because he did an AMAZING job. The fade was BAD A$$!! The man bun and facial clean up was DOPE!!
