Spitz is amazing. My son is always happy with his hair. The company on the other hand… I called and left a message canceling my appointment at 8 am the morning of the appointment (it was at 7pm). I cancelled because the roads were still icy and I didn’t want to drive on them. They still charged the full 60.00 for a missed appointment. If we didn’t like Spitz so much, I’d never go back.

I have been so pleased with the experience we have had here with Sebastian. I started bringing my son here a few months ago where we were lucky to get Sebastian and have since gone back to him and will continue to use him as our barber because I was so impressed. Every cut has looked exactly as requested (even better!) and my son enjoys getting to talk with him. Highly recommend this shop and Sebastian!

They’re not the cheapest, but the difference in both the customer experience and quality when compared to others in the area is obvious. Aziz specifically, is my guy - the attention to detail and pride he puts into each cut is unmatched. him. has won my business and I recommend you give them a shot at winning yours too.

Loved it!! Anthony did an amazing job! Super friendly dude, we had great conversation! Haircut was definitely on the higher end ($50 for a plain haircut) but it was excellent! Easy online booking process, and the place itself is very nice! Recommend it for sure

My son went to Him for a cut Sat morning. I had checked the reviews & looked at pictures to see good things & high reviews. Sadly that was NOT our experience! My son went in with a head full of hair asking to keep the length on top with just a trim & clean up the sides and back. He left with nothing beyond an inch & to the skin in the back! Even cutting his cow lick short something any barber knows not to do! We called the shop & spoke to a gentleman that apologized, refunded our money & explained it was a new barber that had just started that week. We sent him pictures and was told we would hear back but never did. I don’t know what I was expecting but this wasn’t quite the service I thought I would get. Disappointing.

Hey Melissa. Thanks for the review. First, let’s clarify some things. Yes, when I heard this over the phone; I issued a refund right away because we don’t tolerate bad services. I asked you to send pictures to see what was wrong and what can be fixed. Guess what, never received such pictures which you are claiming to have sent over text and i’d love to prove it. We do honest business and are on top of it. I have a full time receptionist whose job is to handle calls and texts. Of course with a situation like this I have to know where we went wrong. After confronting the barber about this service, his story and the cameras paint a whole different picture. You wanted a small trim on top and slightly shorter sides. The problem is you didn’t bring him or relay those instructions to the male figure who brought your son. He asked for a mid fade, which my barber asked how short and proceeded to come to agreement with a skin fade. Top he wanted a good bit shorter, more than a slight trim. My barber did as he was instructed to by the male figure, they even shared laughs and conversations and got himself nice tip from him! Next time wherever you go I suggest you take him and relay to the barber exactly what you want and not what the male wants, unfortunately that’s not a mendable situation. There’s a reason we have a 5 star rating with over 350+ reviews. They can’t be bought or deleted. We can’t help miscommunications like this outside the barbershop. Have a great day!

Having been a customer at him. for over a year now I’ve been able to work with Gentian, Tim, and Tyson. They are extremely skilled and take their time to ensure you leave with exactly the look you want. Their attention to detail is consistent & impressive, and you can tell they take pride in their craft. The atmosphere is fantastic—clean, modern, and welcoming. Scheduling is a breeze, with plenty of availability that fits even the busiest of schedules. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, this place will give you the best haircut in DFW. Highly recommend.
