I have been bringing my son who has really curly hair to get low fades here for about 6 months now. They always do an amazing job. It’s hard to find someone that can cut all types of textured hair and this place is it!!!

My son loved his haircut at Kingzzay Barbershop and now only wants to come back here! The barber was friendly, patient, and made him feel comfortable the whole time. His cut came out perfect, sharp, clean, and exactly what he wanted. Highly recommend!

This business clearly does not know how to manage a schedule. Saw the recent reviews and didn’t listen. Scheduled an appointment for 07:00am, which was CONFIRMED by the owner. I was there at 06:55am and it was closed. I waited for 25 minutes before leaving. I value my time, Sir- you should try to value your customers’ time as well or don’t bother with appointments. I will definitely not be returning here.

They mentioned the wrong opening time I came all the way 11 miles at 8am but they are closed time mentioned online is 7:30

Good barber skills, but very poor at scheduling. Tried them out the first time and barber was 45 minutes late. We stayed cause my kids needed their hair done, and it was our first time trying. The young man that cut their hair did a good job. While we were there for 3 hours, multiple people came in saying they had appointments and were just told to come back later. Other walk ins inquired and were told to come back later as well. No names were taken or times offered, just "come back later". We tried giving them another chance yesterday, barber was late 30 minutes and we decided to leave. This location has potential, but you guys need to get your stuff together and be more respectful of peoples time especially when they are willing to pay you.

It sounds like there was a mix-up with the appointment and communication. I understand that your wife made the appointment and you weren’t aware of the changes. We have a walk-in sheet located on the front desk and our booking app is designed to help manage appointments effectively. We did notify you about the new time of 11:00 AM through the app. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with.
