I booked this for my husband for his birthday and we are very disappointed. The staff didn’t know anything about which appointment he had when he walked in. I booked a Hot Lather Shave Original Barbershop Experience. There was no straight razor used, despite that being listed on the website. Also there was no hot towel used on his face. NOT the barbershop experience it said it would be. If we’re gonna spend $45 on a shave, it needs to be more pleasant than him doing it himself at home.

We appreciate your feedback. <br>I’m not sure where the confusion came from since your husband asked for a haircut and beard trim and never said anything about a shave also only paid for a haircut and beard trim in the amount of $50. We have clients book the “wrong” services often and we rely on what they want when asked at the beginning of an appointment.

Haircut was good and all services was good, the payment part was confusing as I've had haircut and beard trim the rate card showed 50$ and they took 60$ from me and also from my friend and when asked why didn't gave a understanding reason. Pls look up on this part.

We are grateful for your feedback. <br><br>Aryan and friend received a bald razor fade priced at $45 with a beard trim priced at $15 totaling $60. A traditional regular haircut is priced at $35. Starting March 1st new pricing goes into effect.

LOVE this place! Everyone is friendly & it’s a lighthearted atmosphere. Dora cuts my hair and trims my beard. Top notch!

Highly recommend. Has a real small town barbershop feel with conversations to match. 👍😃 Haircut was great as well as the shave. 👍 My wife gives it a two thumbs up. 👍👍

I started going here in the past year or two. It has an old time feel, which I appreciate. While many make reservations for their favorite barber, I always go as a walk-in and usually get seated right away. I've since learned who I prefer and, while everyone there is good, I have only received bad haircuts from one person. That said, the outcome was literally because we didn't speak the same language, as I've seen him do well with other. I'd definitely recommend this place. On a side note, payments must be made via cash or Zelle- no cards- and prices are pretty reasonable.

I was taking my 1 year old to one of those kiddie haircut shops and wasn't happy. There were always new faces and he never got a really great haircut. I booked my husband and son here and we are super happy with finally receiving great haircuts in a comfortable place.

In Dallas for the holidays and desperately needed a haircut since all the salons have been closed in LA. Kelli did a PHENOMENAL job, excellent attention to detail, and great super friendly conversation. To make it even better, she gave a recommendation for cajun food that I have been so dearly missing (The Cajun Market in colleyville) and after eating the crawfish etouffee from there last night (insanely delicious) I feel like I may need to move here. Thanks Kelli! Will definitely be back!

The best looking barber shop in Grapevine. Went in for a quick tune-up and went out a new man. Friendly service, great hair shapers inside and overall good parking around the area. Good place.
