The space and customer service is amazing, can’t ask for anything more!!! Great lash techs, hairstylists, and a great business owner you don’t find that at to many places so I most definitely recommend 10/10!

My first time going definitely was a great experience. I got the dreads line up and taper w/ beard cut. Sam was very professional and did a nice job. I got plenty of compliments. If you are in the Grand Prairie area and need a cut, stop by and check em out.

I brought my son with special needs back to this establishment after he and his father visit a couple of months ago because he said the men were nice a professional. He got an edge up for $25 and we fine but lost that barbers card. So on 12/9/22 around 10:30am I brought my son in and notice a few customers so I left him there to make a run but called back to check in. My son said he was about to get in a chair but I wanted to confirm the price. He told my son with a giggle that it would be $50. If he was overwhelmed he should have just said so instead of trying to take advantage of someone with special needs. Very unprofessional!

Reached out to the owner/store GM about needing a quick turn around service for some stitch braids due to one of the other stylist in the salon not showing up for my appointment. He quickly put me with Quita! Quita informed me that she could get me in on Monday at 6pm. I’m glad I had washed and blow dried my hair already because my appointment did not start until 8pm due to her prior client running late, which she prioritized over my on time appointment. Shortly after starting, her baby had woke up and was extremely active. Due to her getting ready to let the baby roam around on the salon tile, I held and kept his attention so she could finish the style. My braids did turn out beautiful. Got a lot of compliments on them… however, it was toooooo much going on. Not to mention, about two days into having the style, one of the braids started coming down because she didn’t have the equipment to dip them in hot water. These 6 braids were $120 I did communicate with Quita about all of this to which she told me to come back when I got back from my trip so she can rebraid the ends and dip them in water (6 days later). She also told ne the next braid style I get with her will also be discounted to the $120 again but that was after her requesting a video of the braid coming down like I was lying about it.

Kayla is sweet and very talented, but when it comes to punctuality and being professional with courtesy, baby girl lacks that highly. Communication and professional courtesy go a long way with LOYAL customers who actually follow the rules, regulations and restrictions that stylist put on their booking sites. God don’t bless no mess, you get back what you put out. I wish her nothing but the best though.

I recently went for a service, and ended up being very dissatisfied with it. I brought it to the stylist’s attention and I was given two options. I could either accept a refund of the difference between two different sized braids, or I could make an appointment to have the service done over again while paying full price. I was not offered an apology, just offered these two solutions. When I booked the service, I was very clear about what I wanted. Before I sat down in the chair, I clarified the style again. While she was doing the braids, I told her how I liked my braids. She proceeded to do exactly what she wanted to do while keeping me faced away from the mirror and not offering me one until the style was finished. I left a review on Booksy, where I originally booked my appointment. Two employees reached out to me asking who the stylist was, and I was able to answer one. There has been no other follow-up or anything. I will be unable to secure a braider in the DFW area prior to my trip, which was the sole purpose of me getting my hair done. Having worked as a makeup artist, when a customer told me they were not satisfied with the service, I fixed it without any additional fees. To tell me I have to pay the full price again to correct something I’m not satisfied with is simply not fair. It is not about the money, but the principle. Otherwise, the employees were all very friendly and the environment was very inviting.
