Driver literally used the turn lane to cut through traffic then swerved on top of me in 4 way road. They need to run vehicle tracking on their drivers.

I had a very troubling experience with a Clutch Barber Supply driver. While re-entering traffic from the shoulder, the driver failed to check for oncoming vehicles and nearly caused a serious accident. When I pulled alongside him, he was visibly smoking what appeared to be marijuana and acting aggressively. This kind of reckless and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for anyone operating a company vehicle.

Amazing customer service just went in a few moments ago because one of the clippers came out a little defective that I bought a month or so ago they checked it out gave me a brand new one, was there no longer than like 5 minutes top tier supply store! Definitely come shop here!

Excellent service. They stay up to date with all the new products and tools. They also have mobile units that deliver directly to the local barbershops. We see her every Friday at 1NICECUT. I visited the store today only to take advantage of the loyalty program which gives you discounts from time to time. I won't send a dime anywhere else.

Bought this clipper for almost $200 n it beens used it had hairs on the blade and covered in grease smh never again

I had my daughter take my son to purchase a few items he needed. Unfortunately they decided to leave empty handed due to the poor customer service they received. They were constantly being watched over and constantly reminded to set the items down. Be mindful these are items my son was looking to purchase and as a customer wanted to ensure it was going to fit his needs. I’m glad they decided to leave and not spend a dime at this establishment. We are returning customers but after this experience we have decided to take our business else where.

Ordered some wahl blades. They showed up with rust on them, which I can't use because of safety and sanitation. I contacted clutch about the issue they ignored me at first until I made a post about them on Instagram and then they said they sent new blades to me but they never showed up. They never sent tracking info on the replacements, after I requested tracking info more than once. I used to spend $100s a year with them but after this I will never support or patron them again.

This place is really great! My brand new clippers started overheating and they got me squared away almost immediately. We drove 40 min only to just miss them at 12 but he opened the shop just to get me all situated! Will recommend and shop here again!

Went in looking for a trimmer and a shaver, saw it was 5 stars so i figured good service so i drove all the way from Bedford just to try them out. When talked to the guy he was dry and felt unwelcome, made my purchase and left. Made it home super excited because i bought myself a trimmer for Christmas only to find out the machine was defective. Called the store again luckily it was the same guy, told him what happened automatically he said and i quote “ I’ll have to really look through it” nothing apologizing for having bad merchandise. Anyways i make it to the store still with a good attitude even tho i had to drive another 30 min back to the store only to have this guy with an attitude insinuating i did something to it… he gave me an open box and said that one’s good looking down not even acknowledging me aka the customers. Worst customer service.. if u don’t want to work maybe you should ask for the day off.
