Let me be clear. Do NOT go here. This is the worst barbershop experience I’ve had in my life. The shop smelled bad. The guy who cut my hair was unresponsive and did not communicate. He was very rough and did not have smooth motions with his scissors or the clippers. I felt like my head was getting banged around. It is also the single worst looking haircut I’ve ever had. My expectations for this place were already low but I thought for just a simple fade it would be alright. Wrong. Do yourself a favor and do NOT get a haircut here.

Your head was not "banged around". I seen you discreetly taking pictures while you waited. Let me be clear, this was not posted with your review. This was before you sat in the barbers chair (who was going to take care of you) let me also state the picture you took, was not of the barber you sat with. From the footage it looks like an individual on the other side of the shop. <br><br>1. You came with low expectations <br>2. Took a picture before you sat down with your appointed barber <br>3. Left a review without the photo<br>4. Picture was not of your barber but seemed to be of an individual (from the footage)<br><br>What was the true intentions following the facts leading up to your post.

Great spot. We love Jessica. She takes time to listen to what her clients want and also makes recommendations based on hair type. My son loves his hair after seeing her.

This was my first time at Impact Cuts. Since I live nearby, I wanted to give it a try. I set up my appointment two days ago and received a confirmation email promptly the next day. My barber was Roger, and he was fantastic. He maintained professionalism throughout my appointment and clearly outlined the package I would receive, including the haircut, shampoo, and hot towel. He also gave some excellent recommendations for a haircut that would suit my style and hair type. During the service, we had a great conversation, and I truly felt treated like a friend. Roger's attention to detail was top-notch. The appointment was only scheduled for 40 minutes, but Roger went well beyond the listed time, making absolutely sure I was completely satisfied with the result. While Google reviews only allow a maximum of 5 stars, I would honestly give Roger more stars if I could for the incredible service I received on my first visit! Definitely returning back for this location next time!

I've been getting my haircut at Impact Cuts since the day they opened, and it truly feels like family every time I walk in. Erika, the shop owner, has built something special — warm, welcoming, and consistently professional. Jess, the shop manager, and Nataly, the assistant manager, help keep everything running smoothly, and the entire staff is friendly and attentive. My two-year-old son gets his cuts here too, and my wife and mother-in-law always feel comfortable bringing him in. I’ve referred countless friends over the years, and not one has ever left disappointed. Impact Cuts is more than a barbershop — it’s becoming a community staple.

If you want the best cut that caters to your type of hair, and if you want a barber that is super personable and professional, look for Jess. I got stubborn thick hair and she was able to get me right. You won’t regret it!

Jess, the manager, is fantastic, and an absolute hair wizard. I drive about 1.5 hours every other week because the best stylists in the world work here.

Wow! Angel did an absolutely perfect haircut for my son! Angel has incredible skills. His best attribute was his kindness and professionalism which mean a great deal to me. The barbershop has an incredibly cool vibe. The other stylists seem genuinely kind and professional. I was impressed to see all the stylists do high-quality cuts as well. You know when you are in the best barbershop when recurring customers' hair looks good when they come in before their haircut. That means the haircuts are so good that they look good grown out. One final note: I just enjoyed being there.

If I could give this barber shop a million stars I would. I’ve been getting cut by Jess for over a year now and I can say that she’s not only a great barber but a great person who cares about every single one of her clients. Try this place out and you won’t regret it at all, the whole team is great and there’s no place I’d rather be getting my haircut at!

I recently got a haircut at this place, and Roger did an excellent job. The haircut was exactly what I wanted, and the service was great. They even included a hair wash, which added a nice touch to the experience. Overall, it’s a nice place, and I’m very happy with the results.

THIS barber shop is by far the best in Frisco. 19 years as a resident in Frisco, TX. Gotten a haircut every 2-3 weeks for 19 years. Erika the owner of this barber shop is well known in the area. She has successfully moved from working at a chain, private cuts, to now owning not 1 but 2 stores. She has gathered the best Barbers in DFW to work at her stores. I personally get cut by Roger G. His attention to detail and quality of cut is unmatched. I have never received a bad cut from him or even a small error. His consistency is the best in the business. This truly goes for every barber at Impact Cuts. As i have been cut by them all. (When Roger or Erika are fully booked) Great people, Best Barbers. Highly recommend
