I went in there with a very behaved 3 yr old. We showed Sam an inspo picture and immediately said no. My husband asked him what he suggested and we were open to recommendations because of his type of hair. The suggestion was to keep it on the long side and fade it in. I only saw scissors being used and the clips on his side burn to cut the length . That’s it!!! I am so disappointed . We have looked for a place to be a loyal customer but with this service I will never come back. We wasted $27 for such an ugly haircut!

I’ve been coming to this place for over a year now, and what keeps me coming back is the staff—they genuinely make the experience special. I was a regular with Brooke D, and when she left, she recommended that I move to Freddie G. I’ve really enjoyed getting my haircuts with him ever since. He’s incredibly detail-oriented, offers thoughtful suggestions, and is very attentive. He even takes notes to remember people’s preferences, which makes me feel truly valued. I trust him completely and always enjoy my time getting my haircut with him.

I stood at the front desk for several minutes, girl at the desk didn't even acknowledge me while she was on the phone. Didn't get called back till 15 minutes after my appointment time. No apology or acknowledgement of being late. Girl that cut my son's hair was fine and the cut was decent. To be clear it was not busy. Several barbers sitting on their phone. My appointment was with anyone, not a specific person. Why make appointments if you can't keep them on a slow afternoon? Clearly lacking in hospitality and professionalism

Avoid this place like the plague. Rotating inexperienced barbers who don't know what they are doing. Simple fade, no. Simple request on length, no. Absolutely trash. Been there a few times because I needed a hair cut that day, every time dissatisfied. The last time, Sam totally butchered my hair. Close down so people can stop waisting their time and money.

I went in for a high and tight skin fade, a beard trim, and a lineup. The barber that cut my hair gave me a flat top with no fade, then proceeded to trim my beard, but then told me he didn’t know how to line it up so then they sent me in someone else’s chair so she could line up my beard Which she did a mediocre job. I tipped her $10 for having to do a lineup on a cut that she didn’t do then I went to pay at the register and they charged me $75 for a haircut and a beard trim so by time I gave a tip to both of them And paid for my haircut. It was $100. The people’s personalities are great. They’re very friendly, but the service that they provide is nowhere near $100 haircut highly disappointed will never go back.

My husband was 5 minutes late because 380 was down to one lane and they freaking cancelled his appointment… HE WAS ONLY 5 MINUTES LATE!! When he asked them and they were like “sorry”. My husband WAS a regular. Won’t be going back. Everyone be warned. Crap customer service even by the manager.

I had scheduled an appointment but unfortunately mixed up the time. When I arrived, I informed the staff that I was there for my appointment, only to be told that I had missed my time and that they were unable to assist me. The barbershop was completely empty at the time, so I asked if walk-ins were allowed and offered to wait. I was told that they only accept appointments, yet this policy is not stated anywhere on the website. The front staff was dismissive and unhelpful, which made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. While I take full responsibility for missing my appointment, I believe it is unreasonable to refuse service under these circumstances, especially when the shop was not busy at all. The staff was standing around talking.

My husband just came back from there from an appt at 4pm, for himself and my son. “Ms. Anna” butchered my son’s hair while my husband was getting his hair cut. A simple hair cut that sports cuts nails easily no matter who cuts. First she talks him out of the cut he went there for which was probably a good thing since it’s more difficult of a cut.. so after my son backs out of what he went there for, my husband told her to just do the same cut he has.. husband gave her the exact sizes on top and sides and how to scissor the top and how to reline his part which he always gets done and it makes it easier for him in the morning. My son is so still and chill when he gets his hair cut, he goes every 2-3weeks with Dad. This is how she sends him home !! Luckily it was my husband and not me, I wouldn’t have paid let alone tipped. My son 10x better when he walked in! Absolutely ridiculous. I’m so upset.

Made my husband a haircut and beard trim for Christmas and he has ended up with Staph all over his neck and face!! They used a clipper and straight blade and obviously this place is NOT cleaning their equipment properly! Paid $85 for the haircut/beard trim and now have a medical bill on top of that!!!!I don’t not recommend going here!
