The establishment is super clean, and you can have a beverage while you wait! It's a quiet and relaxing environment. Chelle's great personality and ideas for different styles helped me to find my new hairstyle. She was very pleasant and gave me the best haircut that I've ever had. I will definitely be scheduling with her again regularly.

Update: Sep 2023: Still getting the great and exemplary service from Tommy!! Keep up the great work, Tommy! I have been going here for the past 4 years now and every single visit of mine has been awesome. Tommy Grandin is my go-to guy for the past 4 years and he is awesome. THE best barber in town. He takes care of every small request and makes sure you leave the place completely happy. I moved from Frisco to Denton a couple of years ago but I still make the drive just to get that awesome service. Very spacious barbershop with a very nice waiting area with refreshments. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tommy is the best barber this side of the Mississippi. Great conversation, always respectful, always in a good mood, always happy to see you. If you need a haircut, he’s the man for the job. You can always count on Tommy for consistency.

Best place to get a trim in Frisco! So long as Tommy is there. If you're looking for a good Barber and a great environment go to Finley's in Frisco. Tommy is the best, because he is so good it takes a while to get an appointment with him.

I got a haircut and beard trim from Henry and was extremely pleased with the outcome. He was very nice and managed to work me in to his very busy schedule as a walk-in. Great personality and wonderful customer experience. This was my second time I’m seeing Henry and I will definitely be back for all future cuts!

Came here to get a haircut before an interview with Catie. I opted for just the haircut with shampoo in the premier package. This is my first time here and everyone very welcoming and friendly. I offered a beer, soda or water right away and was seated right away because I was early and on one was ahead of me on my appointment. Met Catie who was super friendly and cut my Asian hair very evenly. I asked her to give me a medium ish fade from zero and to touch up the top and she did a fantastic job. Finley is a privately owned place and is recommended to make appointments before hand. They had a large selection of shaving products which were stuff I actually used like Proraso but I didnt end up buying any because I have quite the stash at home. Overall a great experience and I would visit again.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and it’s by far my favorite shop. I’ve had my hair cut by a few different barbers here but I try my hardest to stick with Tommy. Never a bad haircut or a bad conversation. My son (who tends to be quite particular about his hair) gets his hair cut by Catie when Tommy is unavailable and she does a great job as well. One of the only places he has walked out of consistently happy with how his haircut turns out. Love this place!

Tommy is the best barber in North Dallas for sure. He doesnt take forever, he cuts it exactly how you want it, and makes the whole experience great. They dont have a lot of barbers in the place just make sure you still ask for Tommy! They'll give you beer while you wait too!

This location doesn't come close to the one in Plano. I made an appointment for 5:30pm. Got there around 5:10 just enough time to settle and be ready for my turn. At about 5:40, they told me that the person I had my appointment with was a bit behind but she would be with me as soon as possible. No problem with that, I can wait. 6:10 comes by, she is done with her customer but then takes the person that was after me. After this, I go to the front desk and asked what happened and they told me that they don't know but they have been running behind. I can clearly see on the computer that I was next but for some reason they don't know why I was skipped and told me that another barber was almost done and I could wait for him. To this i said no and left. I understand that the barber can fall behind but skipping a customer and then telling him to wait an extra 15 to 20min is unacceptable in my opinion. First time I came here was around the time it just opened. I was excited because I was a customer on the Plano location but it was too far from me. Anyways, when I sat down I knew I was in trouble when I told the girl that I wanted a mid skin fade and she asked what I meant. If you are working on a barbershop I'm assuming you know basic cuts. Long story short, I was there for 2hrs and who I guess was the manager had to finish the cut. Wasted my afternoon but on the bright side, I was not charged for the cut. Because of this, I stayed away from this place for about a year. A couple of months ago I decided to give it another try and I was very happy with them but today was just plain wrong. I won't be coming back to this location.

A phenomenal place to get your hair and grooming needs taken care of. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and just an overall welcoming feeling as soon as you walk through the door. I would recommend Reuben and Tommy in a heartbeat. Both are super personable, professional barbers who will make you look and feel like a million bucks. Prices are super great for the amazing services they offer. You'll look great without having a giant hole in your wallet. Do yourself a favor and give these folks your business. You will be super happy you did.
