Pretty close to one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I should’ve known to walk away when I saw her approach me wearing rubber gloves. If she didn’t know how to make a scissor cut, she should’ve just said so. Barely touched my hair. Almost as if she was making it up as she went. My hair is different lengths on each side. Not trying to be mean. If you hire someone at a shop like this, they need to know what they are doing. I could have received this treatment at super cuts.

Roxanne was fantastic. Not having cut my hair before, she actually observed what I had going on and wanted to understand how I style my hair normally. She gave some recommendations, and I was open to trying them. The entire service was flawless.

I have been a regular customer here from more than 1 year but this time I had a problem. The haircut done on Jan 2nd itself was okay, but the overall experience was uncomfortable. I left a 10% tip, and the barber asked for a 20% tip instead, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Tipping should always be optional and based on the customer’s satisfaction, not something that’s requested or pressured. Because of that interaction, the experience was disappointing despite the service being decent. I hope the management addresses this, as it affects customer comfort and trust.

I’ve been going to Diesel Barbershop for a while now, and I always make sure to book with Katrina. She does an excellent job every time. She’s consistent, detail-oriented, and easy to talk to. The shop has a great vibe, but it’s Katrina that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing.

Katina was quick, courteous, and professional in every aspect. She didn't speak much to me, which I appreciated (being a bit of an introvert), but I'm sure if conversation is something you needed, she'd be happy to engage. The place itself is bedecked in retro 80s rock wallpaper and accompanied by a couple arcade cabinets.

I love Ms Katina J. She’s the best stylist in the world I have been coming to her since 2023. I followed her from her shop to where she is now at Diesel Barbershop Frisco. Won’t let anyone else cut my hair but her. Very professional, attentive to customers, and listens to what the customer is desiring for their hair. I’M VERY SATISFIED EACH TIME I COME HERE. Marlene is a true artist! At Diesel barbershop in Frisco, she patiently listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Her incredible talent shines through in the amazing, sharp haircut and perfectly trimmed beard she gave me. We went there for my husband to get a hair cut and beard shave. Fanta did such an amazing job and took such care and precision to make sure he looked his best! With the massage and the hot towel on his face he was pampered! I'm taking my son on Friday! She now has a customer for life!
