Had a great first experience! Codi was pleasant and the shop had a warm upscale atmosphere. She was detailed with her work and made sure I was satisfied with the cut before leaving, making me feel valued. Would definitely recommend!

Cody did an amazing job on my 11-year-old’s haircut at Cool Heads Barbershop in Frisco Warren. She gave him a clean, perfectly blended fade that looks sharp and age-appropriate, and she paid great attention to detail the entire time. Codi was patient, professional, and made him feel comfortable in the chair, which we really appreciated. The cut came out exactly how we asked, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. We’ll definitely be back and will be requesting Codi again!

Miquela did a fantastic job cutting my hair. I booked the “CoolHead” service, which included a shampoo, arm and hand massage, and the haircut. I am very happy with the cut and the service provided. She was very friendly and did a great job overall. I will be happily coming back.

We had such a wonderful experience at this kids barber shop! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and completely stress-free. The bright colors, playful decor, and kid-sized chairs instantly made my child feel comfortable and excited instead of nervous. The barber was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to talk my child through each step and making sure they felt safe the whole time. They were quick but very careful, and the haircut turned out absolutely perfect! It’s clear the staff truly understand how to work with children of all ages. I also really appreciated how clean and organized everything was. The whole visit felt smooth and well-managed, even with other families there. If you’re looking for a place that makes haircuts fun instead of stressful, this is definitely it. We’ll absolutely be coming back for our next trim! 😊

Sky has been my stylist for about four months now, and she has done an excellent job throughout every appointment I’ve booked. Sky will liven up your day while giving you one of the best cuts you could ask for. She is highly recommended.

Alexis did an absolutely phenomenal job. My head shave was smooth, precise, and done with real attention to detail, and the beard trim was perfectly shaped and clean. She took her time, made sure everything was even, and the final result looked sharp and professional. One of the best barber experiences I’ve had—highly recommend Alexis if you want your cut done right.

Miquela did a phenomenal job with my cut. I am a person that is very particular about my hair and the way I like it cut, and Miquela exceeded my expectations. She is very attentive to detail, spending as much time as necessary to make sure every hair on the cut looks exactly as it should. She blended the bald fade very meticulously and was extremely precise and detailed with the scissor cut on top. I would 100% recommend booking with her.

I had a very disappointing experience with a barber named Chaundre. She seemed uninterested in cutting my hair and appeared more focused on finishing her shift than providing quality service. The attitude felt lazy, and there was very little attention to detail. A good haircut is important, especially when customers may have events or commitments afterward. One bad haircut can ruin their day. I hope the salon considers improving its customer service and ensuring they have attentive and friendly barbers who genuinely care about their work. Just high prices doesn’t mean quality. Actually, I had a great experience with previous barber at the same place like couple of months back. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name. 5 stars to him.

Very disappointing experience. Lisa didn’t ask how I wanted my haircut and ignored my instructions. I requested a scissor cut, but she did whatever she wanted, leaving my side locks uneven and poorly blended. She even left mid-cut to start billing, then returned without an apron, leaving hair all over my clothes. On top of that, the salon offers 20% off for good reviews, so many positive ratings may not be genuine. Unprofessional service — I do not recommend this place if you’re Lisa is your stylist.
