Julia is amazing! She’s incredibly nice and always makes the appointment enjoyable with great conversation. She’s very consistent, and I’m always happy with my haircuts. The service is top-notch every time, and she truly does a great job. I highly recommend her!

Lane at Cool Heads Salon in Frisco absolutely nailed it. Best haircut I’ve had in a long time… clean, sharp, and exactly what I asked for. The shave was next-level — honestly felt more like a spa treatment than a grooming service. Super relaxing, incredible attention to detail, and just a great overall experience. If you’re booking at Cool Heads in Frisco, ask for Lane… you won’t regret it.

Lane has cut my son (2 years old) hair a couple times and is very patient and looks great. Will recommend him to all our friends. And does a great job fading my hair and beard 10/10 spot

I had a great experience with Serene at her new barbershop in Louisville. She’s professional, welcoming, and really takes her time to make sure the cut comes out exactly how you want it. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. The shop has a great vibe, and I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a skilled barber who pays attention to detail, ask for Serene! — highly recommend!

First time here as my normal stylist had no openings. Needed a quick cut & nose wax as I’m heading out on vacation tomorrow. Tyon did a great job, & was just an awesome dude…very easy going & good conversation. Tyon just moved his family to Texas & is getting his clientele built up. I highly recommend…

Mr. Tyon was awesome. 10/10 recommend him. We asked for a high fade and longer hair at the top and Tyon really took his time to make sure it turned out great. 11 year old likes his haircut. Said, "Wow, Mr. Tyon did a really good job!" Will definitely come back. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Alice.She cut my grandson’s hair and did a great job.Alice is super sweet and very accommodating making sure what cut we were going for and afterwards had me check to make sure we were happy with the end result. It’s wonderful to walk into a barbershop and not be subjected to profanity in the music they are playing. All in all our experience deserves a 5-star rating.We definitely will be back to see Alice in the future.

Love this salon, and especially my stylist, Chelsey! I've honestly never been good about getting regular haircuts, partly because I'm a socially anxious person and struggle with small talk. But my experience with Chelsey has been amazing. She is incredibly easy and fun to talk to, which makes the whole appointment so enjoyable. On top of that, I am happier than I've ever been with the way my hair looks! I've actually started going back at regular intervals for the first time in my life. I can't recommend Chelsey enough. You can tell she puts a lot of care into her work and is extremely talented at what she does
