As a first-time customer, I found Vanessa at The Cutting Room after reading through reviews online — and they were absolutely right. From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained in detail why she was cutting my hair the way she did. I really appreciated that level of professionalism and transparency. It’s clear she understands face shape, hair growth patterns, and how to tailor a cut to the individual. The haircut and beard trim were both top quality. During the beard trim, she was precise, careful, and made sure everything was clean and balanced. You can tell she takes pride in her craft. Highly recommend Vanessa if you’re looking for someone who combines skill, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Vanessa is fantastic. She really listens and takes the time to understand what you’re going for instead of defaulting to a standard cut. She’s also super chill and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience better. It’s surprisingly hard to find a shop in Fort Worth that excels at scissor cuts, and she absolutely does. Highly recommend.

Great place and great people! I was always one of those guys that would go the cheap name brand hair cut places. I finally stepped out of my comfort zone and went to a legit barber shop that offered way more than others. I haven’t looked back since. They do an amazing job with all my needs!! It’s the only place I go now

Quentin is great! My son’s hair is really thick and super straight. I’ve had a hard time finding someone who can give him a good haircut but we found our guy!

I had a great experience at The Cutting Room Barber Salon! Everyone was very friendly and I had Colby who was very nice and very knowledgeable. I came in for a light trim as I grow my hair out and he knew exactly what I needed to help me with my goals! Thank you! Will be back for sure!

Was my first time at a barbershop in years as I am a bald man. I went in for an eyebrow and nose wax from Jordan and the complete beard package from Richard. Boy was it an amazing experience! From the hospitality and welcoming atmosphere, to the professionalism and amazing work from Jordan and Richard definitely started my weekend off great! I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone!

I had an amazing experience here! Vanessa cut my hair from almost 14 inches long down to just 2 inches, and I absolutely love it. She did an incredible job making the transition smooth and stylish—I couldn’t be happier with the result. Quentin also gave me a fantastic beard trim that really tied the look together. Both of them were professional, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming more often!
