I had the pleasure of working with Kyle! He was so friendly and helped me bundle my auto and renters insurance. As a result, I ended up saving money on both policies! Also, I want to shout out Rachel for sending me a text wishing me a happy birthday a few weeks ago!

Needed to switch home owners/car insurance and spoke to Kyle. He was very cordial and helpful in getting me a quote. He was willing to explain everything and answer any questions. He was very pleasant to speak with.

They have always done right by me ever since my ex-wife and I established the Home Policy with them. Even after moving to New Mexico they have always responded promptly and taken care of any issue I had. Including the time someone was attempting to file a claim under my policy when I had been no-where near the state the claim was being filed in. Until it is necessary to switch with them, I will continue to allow them to monitor and administer my policies.

I have never had such polite, warm and welcoming service with an insurance office (especially when needing to submit a claim) than with Steven Barber’s office in Fort Worth! Rachel Stevens picked up my call and was polite, extremely helpful, listened to my situation and helped me reach the correct department for my claim on the first try! I’m so used to fighting the insurance company to take care of what we pay them to take care of - but at this office I really feel like they WANT to help, even if they need to take a few extra steps to do so. Thank you so much for making this experience easy and painless!

I had a wonderful experience with Blair! While she mentioned she’s freshly out of training, she was very knowledgeable and helpful! She’s been super responsive and on top of everything since Friday, I’m extremely happy with the service! Our home insurance had gone up 80% in two years with Allstate, for a small, single family home that is a new build and zero claims or issues. Blair was able to get the same coverage and even more in certain areas of our insurance for $1200 in savings. Would recommend giving her a chance any day!
