Everything about my visit was fantastic, especially my barber, Erika—she was outstanding! I came in for a simple beard cut and left looking like a GQ model. There’s no question that I will be returning to this Floyd’s location because of her. Very satisfied customer!

I just got my haircut with my dad and everything was fine for me, haircut was good, the hairdresser was great, and gave me a great haircut. Though the lady at the front desk caught a visible attitude with my dad when he asked a few questions when we first got there, she then later tried to not let him have his haircut despite him having an appointment, and when we left his kid left his Yeti. She said allegedly someone had just called in for a lost Yeti that was purple so she couldn't let him take it even though his was clearly blue. She was causing issues for seemingly no issue. My dad is a consistent customer and never has issues until today.

Corinne is amazing! She absolutely nails my skin fade every time! It’s clean, sharp, and blended perfectly. You can tell she really cares and takes her time to make sure everything looks right. Super easy to talk to and always a great experience.

Literally changed where I get my haircut just to make sure Corinne is my stylist. She does an amazing job, and honestly straight up chose my haircut because I had ZERO idea what to do with it. And everyone loves it. Her experience and care for her craft is evident every time I go.

Corinne is amazing. This is my first time in this location and I will for sure be coming back. Corinne was personable, did a great fade, and really made sure I loved my cut before leaving. Would definitely recommend coming in and booking with Corinne!

One of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had in a while, my stylist Corinne showed up 20 minutes late which would be forgivable if the service was even mediocre. They rushed through my entire haircut leaving my hair splotchy/uneven, dropped things on me, hit me in the face/eye multiple times, and was super aggressive with the shaver to the point it was hurting my head. Even shoved the shaver in my ear at one point because it was so rushed. The lather for the neck shave was pretty cold and the customer service was awful. I now understand why they hid their name on the certificate displayed on their stand, truly a terrible experience. I’ve been coming to this exact place for a while and will not be coming back. I’m struggling to justify the 35$ haircut fee. Do not get a haircut from Corinne if you can help it.

Faith did an amazing job on my husband’s haircut! She was friendly, professional, and really took her time to make sure it looked perfect. We’re both so happy with how it turned out — 10/10 would definitely recommend her!

First time service was okay. The stylist was quick, responsive and did the cut my son asked for. The second time, I requested Risha @7pm. We walked in at 6:53 & checked in. She had a client in her chair & it seemed like she was finishing up. It's now 7:17 & they're still at her chair just chatting it up. No clippers in her hand. Just chatting, while me & my son are there waiting on her. I understand customer relations, but at the same time RESPECT others. We won't be back because that was just rude customer service on her part.
