Dopr haircuts. Review 09/02/2022. I first reviewed this place from 4 years ago. At the time they had like 4-5 barbers. Now there's only 1 barber and he's one of the ones from 4 years ago. Still great haircuts. He takes his time and does a good job.

An independent local barbershop by trade, Cranium doubles as what I can only describe as an interactive comedy club: while styling hair and beards with unmatched skill- “Making Ugly People Cute” per their motto, EVEN ME 😮- they also engage in some of the funniest, most mercilessly clever banter you’ll ever hear, from stories laden with wisdom and life experiences to witty barbs so sharp they double as straight razors. On my first visit I wasn’t feeling well, much less talkative than my usual gregarious self, so I opted for a beard trim and spent the last 15 minutes picking pieces of my brain off the floor after my mind was blown at the job they did with my haggard, patchy, homeless-wizard-lookin’ facial hair situation. And it cost me less than half of what SuperCuts would charge. And SuperCuts has NOTHING on Cranium. The next visit was one for the ages. I got a badass beard trim, of course, and I also had to call an ambulance after laughing so hard my funny bone, funny bone, and funny cerebral cortex all had to be surgically repaired. The guy working in the corner spot (if you’re reading this I am so sorry I can’t recall your name at the moment 😕) had me and everyone else in stitches with tales from his days as a medic (or corpsman, or Ship Doctor or whatever the term is) in the Navy to his articulate and insightful thoughts on everything from football to online dating. I wound up spending nearly another hour and a half there after my beard ugly face was made cute to chitchat and hang out. In case it’s not obvious by now, Cranium is awesome and there are exactly zero reasons it shouldn’t be your new barbershop. This review is getting pretty lengthy, so if your hair is too then you owe it to yourself to give Cranium a visit. Seriously, it’ll be the best decision you’ll ever make regarding your hair. Be sure to tell them that the Bald Bearded One-Legged Shotgun Amputee sent you for, uh, for… oh just tell them I said hello if the novella I just wrote convinced you to book an appointment. I’ll be there later this week, and you should be too 🙃

Love the Place. Known Murray since 2001 and he has been taking care of my son since his first haircut.. Today was a Big Day my now 19 yr old cut off his long curly hair and of course Murray took care of him

Perfect cut! I had gotten my hair cut by my stylist, it wasn't the best cut initially. Not sure of the barbers name, but he did an amazing job cleaning up the cut! Perfect! Perfect! Love the atmosphere! Male and female barbers doing what they do best. I'll be returning and will recommend to others!

I had an appointment with Murray for the first time in this barber shop since i had a recommendation from work that's he good, the environment was fantastic, everyone in there is cool, especially Murray who is so honest and open, had some funny conversations with the guy I had never thought I had with any other barber, left with a smile and a great haircut. Highly recommended Murray for a cut and good time.

Murray, the owner of this barber shop is an upbeat, outgoing individual! The type of guy who will remember you by name! His employees are extremely great tool he def. Puts the customer first. Affordable cuts on top of it all too

All the barbers are very experienced and friendly, however Grant is the best. He always cuts to precision and is professional. Murray can be a little over the top and extremely loud and unprofessional, especially with all the sex talk in front of my son, he also seems to have his pick as to whom he will greet or engage with, not the way that I run my real estate business with potential customers. I still enjoy the professionalism and service that Grant provides.

Best barber shop i've ever been to. Murry is the owner and he's great. Sometimes his son comes in and brightens up the atmosphere more! They are very cool and they all love their job. Great place to go! Tell Murry to let you meet his son he's just as funny if not funnier than his old man.

I've been going to this barbershop now for 9 years and I thoroughly enjoy here . The barbers are in tune with the clients and make them feel like family. Reminded me of when I was a kid going to my Barnet back in Dallas music , conversations on politics, sports ,love, life , everything. Cracking jokes just having fun. . Only place I'll go period.

Great place! Classic barber style location. Great haircuts, community conversation, & movies playing. If your new to the place, just don't sit in the front area waiting, pop your head into the haircutting area and let them know you're there, & especially if you have kids w/ you.
