One of the best customer service and care I have gotten when getting shaved. My wife loved the way it felt and looked. Madison did a great job and was excellent with asking questions. Well worth the money and pleasure to have Madison take care of me. Second trip was just as great. They called me by name when I came in the shop. Madison did another great job and handles the shop very well. Nice to have a great place to go.

We had such a great experience at this barber shop. Sandra was absolutely amazing — patient, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She made my child feel comfortable right away and kept the whole haircut fun and stress‑free. The cut came out perfect, and you can tell she really cares about getting every detail just right. The shop itself is clean, welcoming, and clearly they work great with kids. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place where your child or yourself will be treated with kindness and leave looking great, Sandra is the one to see. Highly recommend!

Update: Increased from 1 to 3 stars because the owner reached out to offer to try and fix the issue. We decided to go elsewhere on this occasion though. We took our little boy (aged 2½) here for his first cut a few weeks ago and the haircut was fantastic. The stylist was exceptional, both at keeping him occupied and distracted, and in terms of her hairdressing skills). Unfortunately we returned today and the same girl wasn't available as she had moved to Colorado, and this is what they did to him. Thankfully, it was my wife that took him, and she paid them instead of getting into a fight like I probably would have, but I wanted to make sure nobody else makes the same mistake with their child. Now I have to find another business that can fix this mess. Or at least one that doesn't have the audacity to take payment for messing up your hair. I will note that my wife advised he wasn't cooperative in the chair, but if a barbers offers childrens cuts the staff need to be good with children to manage this in my opinion.

We stand behind that fully, and we would have gladly made this right for you on the spot had we known.<br><br>That said, giving a quality cut on a 2½-year-old who isn’t feeling cooperative can be challenging, even for experienced barbers—there’s only so much precision we can safely achieve when the little one is moving. But that’s our responsibility to manage, and I’m sorry we didn’t deliver the experience you expected.<br><br>We’d appreciate the chance to fix the cut or at least talk through what happened so we can make it right. Tiffany was absolutely amazing! I brought my one year old son and she not only was great with him but did amazing on his hair cut! We will definitely be back to see her.

My fiance went to this location the day before our engagement photos and they did an amazing job! I wish I could remember the stylist name who took care of him, because she was so attentive and understood that he had to look his best for photos. We will definitely be returning! *photos of both sides of his head and beard*

We had an amazing experience at Bazooka Charlie! Mildred is truly a master of her craft. She gave my teenage son a haircut that not only looked sharp but had a spa-like feel to it — he walked out feeling like a brand-new person. It’s rare to see a teen genuinely excited about a haircut, but she pulled it off! Even more impressive, my non year old son was all smiles throughout the entire experience. Mildred was patient, kind, and made him feel comfortable and confident in the chair. He left feeling proud of his new look! The whole vibe of the shop is welcoming and professional. I just had my hair cut by Jamie at Bazooka Charlies, and I am so impressed with her skills. She gave me a perfect fade, and my hair looks and feels amazing. I am definitely a returning customer! Jamie is very friendly and professional. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, and she made sure I was happy with the results. She also offered me some great advice on how to style my hair.
