I walked in the shop in the morning there was no one there but one Barber and nobody in the chair. I asked him how much for the cuts he told me $40 and then proceeded to tell me that he’s not taking any new customers this shop hardly ever has anyone there and is very slow so it shocked me to me For him to tell me that he’s not taking any more clients I won’t be coming here anymore

So I called The Barbershop first before I drove 30 minutes just to make sure they were available. Tory said no need for appointment walk-ins are available. We arrived at 5 and it was three people waiting he says about 45 minutes for the next chair. Then he goes on to say no need to sign in. when my son's turn for the chair some guy just walk in 5 minutes ago he allow him go in front. one of the customers swept up the hair because he did not clean after himself. There were other customers walking out because he did not greet or tell him how long of awaiting it will be. Tory is very unprofessional and it's not a clean place to go. It make you wonder if his cleaning the clippers and other items. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Been getting my haircut here for past couple of months but I’m done after today. Usually it’s about an hour and a half wait, longest was about 2 and 1/2 hour. I’ve been at various times but it’s always at least 90 min wait. Barber gives good fades but not much else. My hair on top always came out a mess. The hard part on the side came out messed up twice so I stopped asking for it. Noticed that he gets on the phone quite often which delays the cut and makes the wait longer also. I get it life is important but It didn’t sound like an emergency just casual talk. Nothing against them but i got fed up with the long wait and constantly being skipped over. Had enough and going to take my business elsewhere.

Came in earlier today! Wait wasn't too long, about 40 mins. My barber did a very good job and worked well with the bumps on the back of my head (keloids). Very professional and great price. Would definitely reccomend!

Staff are professional and courteous. The environment and atmosphere is family friendly, and the prices are right. Most importantly, the quality of hair cut you get here is the best I've found in the Denton area. I'm a loyal customer and I will always come back because the work they do is second to none.

I had the barber with long hair in the 2nd chair from the door. The guy gave me a good taper, but the rest of the fade was kind of average (worth 3 stars). He missed a couple spots in the back most likely because he was talking on the phone with presumably his girlfriend during the entire haircut (worth 1 star), and the conversation did not seem like a life or death situation. There was no reason he needed to take that phone call at that time. He could've just said he would call back after the cut. A client is, and should be, the most important thing to your business during a haircut. A girlfriend can be called in between cuts. I also asked for a "hard part" which is, by definition, cleaning up an existing part so that it is more defined. Instead he put a thick, uneven 1/2 inch gap on the side of my head, completely missing the other preexisting part on my head. So now, instead of having one, clean part, I have two parts with a thin patch of hair going down the middle. I also asked to leave the top long and to just "shape it up" or "thin if needed", but instead he took a good inch off. I would recommend going to a different barber. I'm sure the barbers here are good people, but as far as haircuts go, which is the reason for going to a barber, I would recommend going elsewhere.

My son will only get his hair cut here. There is always a wait but it's worth it. Every barber is meticulous and takes their time on every customer and does a perfect job. Best barber shop in Denton.

I've been coming here for years. Best barbershop in Denton, hands down! The barbers here are very cool and down to earth people. They always welcome me when I go to the shop which is important for the customer. On top of that, they are excellent at their craft. I've never received a bad haircut here. They always know exactly what I'm going for and give me a great cut. The atmosphere is also great. It's a very chill environment, welcome to all people. No matter the race, age, gender, or anything else, you'll feel comfortable stepping into this shop. Most of all, you'll be satisfied with the results.

My last experience here was extremely pleasant. I was a bit undecided as to what I want, and the barber would ask me all sorts of questions and show me the progress he was making - and we eventually got to something that I liked a lot. They don't take cards, and he gave me a minute to run to an ATM to pay. Extremely relaxed atmosphere, nice folks.
