I starting my locs journey 7 weeks ago. So I've been looking for a loctician and honey Miss Taryn did not disappoint not only did she do a good job, but educated me on the dos and don't of what I need to do movingforward! Great experience!

This is THE BEST barbershop in Cypress! Highly skilled barbers. True Professionals. Great environment in the shop. Congenial and warm atmosphere. Lots of screens for entertainment and plenty of space in the waiting room. Their CLEAN BATHROOM really matters when I have my little kids with me. Trent is also a generous teacher and always offering a kind word to coach up the younger barbers in the spot. Good dude! Family man. Great barber! My go to.

AVOID ANDRE MENEFEE. HE BEGS FOR 5-STAR REVIEW. HE GAVE ME A TERRIBLE HAIRCUT. This is the worst barber I have ever been to. The haircut is terrible. At the start, I asked him to use a razor for the edge up, but no enhancement. He took off the cover cloth, I reminded him about the razor. Instead of putting it back on and using the razor, he decides to argue me down. He then refused to use the razor and insisted that I pay him. He never listens. He talks in a low voice to beg for 5-star review. He almost refuses to let you leave his chair because he wants a 5-star review...very deceitful. He talks down on you while claiming to be a leader in church. He is very argumentative. He has no customer service skills. All he wants to tell you how educated him and his kids are as though he is fighting some sort of complex. Please do not waste your money and time.

This place is the Best in Cypress Area, Clean good Barber Shop talk Nothing but good vibes, always on time. Walk-in always in and out in a timely manner.Cuts are always on point. What more can you asked for and it’s good food available as well..

Been going to this barbershop for 12+ plus years! Nice clean shop great group of guys that work there! Trent and team is definitely a staple in the community. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reputable barbershop that's dependable and care about the community and it's customers!

I walked out before even getting my hair cut. They have a weird setup where the owner and head "beautician" is also a real estate agent next door. Wasn't greeted when I walked in. Barber didn't say a single word to me. Just looked at me like I didn't belong there. And a basic fade starts at $25. Seriously, the rest of the cypress charges $15 and they actually provide customer service. Edit: customer service is almost guaranteed to be terrible. Took them SIX YEARS to respond to this review saying I should have stayed. Lol.

Hello, I wish you would have stayed so that you can see why our barbers charge $25 for a haircut. They are among the best in Cypress. You get what you pay for. Also, as the head “beautician” I am the owner and I do have a sign of my real estate business advertised in my salon and barbershop. There are many who come in and need my services for both of my businesses.<br><br>Edit: Thank God your attempt to tarnish my business didn’t do anything at all! Lol! We are still open and thriving 6 years later. Year 15 in business and still growing so I’d say customer service is pretty good. I hope your business is doing as well as ours. Take care.

Took me about a year after moving to Texas to find a barber I trusted with my hair and once I found Trent at Ridges, I’ve been there for going on 9 years. Always fast, clean and sharp every visit! I highly recommend going here if you are looking for a barber. If you’re like me, you don’t like taking chances with your hair and this is one I’ll vouch for. I moved 40mins away and still make this drive, because this is my spot. Good vibes all the time.

I typically do not mind if a stylist messes up my hair cut. My mindset, " I'll start over with someone else next time." Today, I had the pleasure of walking out of a salon without that mindset. While waiting, a stylist walked in with a humble confidence in her ability to provide my request. I showed Tyishia a picture of my desire hair cut and she was able to perform the task. I love love it.

My son got his hair cut by Sly and I must say it was the best hair cut he has ever had in his young 6 years of living. Sly was patient, but efficient in getting my son to sit still enough to get lined up. The shop was clean and professional looking. No complaints here!

Tyisha has been my stylist for quite some time. She is very professional, takes pride in her work and ensures customer satisfaction. I always buy my hair bundles from her. I appreciate the fact that she takes steps to promote healthy hair and hair growth. Also, my son gets his hair cut at the shop by the barbers. He has been a client for at least 5 years. The establishment is well maintained and the staff are very friendly.
