Mr Phoenix only like to take care of you if it’s your first time coming when you come back to him he starts spending 10 minutes on the haircut and messing your haircut and has the audacity to start charging 40 instead of the already overpriced 35

Unfortunately my second time here didn’t go as I expected. I showed the barber a picture and video of myself and how I wanted my hair done which was from 3 months ago that was cut by the same barber. However it didn’t go as expected and I got a completely different cut and they had increased the price this time as well. I understand it’s just hair and it grows back but the frustration is there knowing I did my part by showing pictures and videos of what I wanted which were from my own hair and still not getting that or close to it. Staff were chill and nice tho.

Today I tried this barbershop for the first time as a walk in customer. I was assigned TJ as my barber and given a 10:40 am appointment that was changed to 11:00 a.m. due to him falling behind on the customer before me. This happens so no big deal. However it took approximately 1 1/2 hours to cut my hair. I got in the chair at 11:03 a.m. and out the chair at 12:25 p.m. I have never sat in a chair this long. This was the first problem. The main issue is he pushed my side linings up almost an entire inch and I also have razor cuts. The cost of the haircut was originally $50 for a haircut and beard trim which I believe is on the high side typically barbers charge $40. He did offer a $10 discount after I pointed out the big push up on both my sides linings. I have a photo headshot scheduled for Monday and wanted to make sure I was crisp and presentable. I will not go back to this barbershop although the shop is nice and clean and 2 minutes from my house and the barbers are professional, but the haircut is mediocre at best especially with a pushed back linings and razor cuts. I will have to give at least 2 weeks to let grow back in. I was disappointed to say the least.

We stopped into this barbershop on a whim because my son wanted a fresh mullet, and wow—Estrella absolutely delivered! She listened to every detail, patiently fixed anything he wanted adjusted, and made the whole experience fun and comfortable. Her patience and skill really stood out, especially for a young boy’s haircut. I highly recommend this location, and especially Estrella, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares and takes the time to get it just right.

I’ve got to admit that my barber Phoenix is the best. His brother Texas time to ensure that every aspect of my haircut is on point I’m a businessman. It’s important that I look my best and Phoenix ensures that my haircut allows me to be my best. Great service.

Got in the day I called! Phoenix listened to exactly what I wanted with the cut and beard trim. He was very in depth with the craft he does and the conversation we had during the cut was great! I would definitely recommend coming to this place!!

They are always friendly and respectful. For the most part my family has never had to wait for our appointments, they tend to run on time. On the rare occasion when they are running behind they do everything to make the time go by almost unnoticed. Phoenix cuts my littlest kiddos and he is the best! He entertains him by talking to him the whole time and making him super comfortable. My barber, Estrella, always gives me great conversation- I laugh and “fall asleep” in the chair. She is meticulous and careful while doing my hair. I love it! Damien does my oldest, and though it is hard to catch him at the same time as Phoenix so my boys can be cut at the same time, when we are able to it is always business! He is efficient. He treats my kiddo like the big boy he is and gives encouraging words and communication that matches his age and energy. We are always offered water and greeted with smiles and a delightful atmosphere. I love this shop! Glad we found a place close to home!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my son in for a haircut and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Damien did an amazing job — clean lines, great attention to detail, and exactly the style we wanted. He was professional but also really personable, which made my son feel comfortable the whole time. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a barber who truly cares about the quality of the cut and the customer’s experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!
