4th time been coming here , they always do awesome job with my son's haircut . My son likes coming here always bugs me and request to come here instead of the other barbershop. We try to make it here whenever we're in the area. Ernesto always does awesome job he takes his time never rushed . We never do Appointments but we seem to always get his seat. So from now on I think will just go with him. Thank you , for the great service.

One of the most awkward and disappointing barber experiences I’ve had. I try to support local shops and was excited to give this place a shot. I walked in and waited for the next available barber. When Jay came in, I was asked if he could take me, and I agreed — which I now regret. I asked for a burst fade, a minimal beard lineup, and a beard trim. What I got was a rushed, uneven fade on the sides and my beard pushed down way too far. The work was clearly off to the point where a second barber (Tuna) had to step in and “fix” the fade, lineup, and trim. From the start, Jay seemed shaky and unsure of his process. I should’ve trusted my gut and walked out early, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I paid $35 and still tipped, even though they didn’t charge me for the beard — but the reality is I now need another haircut just to fix this half-done fade. Overall, a very poor experience and not what I expected at all.

Owner's response

Excuse me Franklin, I’m the owner of the shop, I’m the barber who finished your haircut. Please come in and see me on your next visit for a free cut, we are working on resolving this problem.

Jay cut my son and my hair. He did well. .My son is 5 and dont like to get his hair cut. When he was in the the chair he was holding a conversation with Jay. I was surprised of the comfort level my son had with Jay.. Go check him out.. You wont be disappointed..

Bad experience the man who cut my 2 year old sons hair was super rude, even was rude to my 3 year old daughter. The cut was super ugly had to go pay to have it fixed. And it cost me 40$

Owner's response

Mam, I just saw you leave and I asked if the cut was good, you said it was.
I’m not sure what else we can do to make it any more clear. The haircut was 28 and u left 40 on the table and walked out.

Plz come back and the owner will fix your sons cut.

. The place is super clean and organized. Everyone was welcoming and respectful. I went with my 5 year old son and felt very comfortable. I had a great experience today with Titian as my barber. I’m letting my hair grow for the first in years and I asked Titian what his recommendation was for my hair type and style. He recommended the perfect cut for me and did a great job from start to finish. I highly recommend This place and Titian for great service.

I am deeply saddened by the experience my son and I had at this barber shop. We decided to try a new place for his haircut, and unfortunately, it did not turn out well. When we got home, I was shocked to see how poorly his hair was cut. The atmosphere of the shop was great, and the barber seemed to listen to my instructions. However, the final result was far from what we expected. There was a noticeable gaping hole in his haircut that was cleverly hidden until he took a shower. It’s disappointing that the barber didn't inform me about the mistake, as I would have appreciated honesty. Instead, I was charged the full price and even tipped, unaware of the poor job done. To make matters worse, we had a very important event to attend, and now I can't even comb my son's hair without seeing the huge part. It’s truly disheartening. While I understand that mistakes happen, transparency would have made a significant difference. Sadly, this experience has left me reluctant to return. I hate writing negative reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this.😭 Update: response It's quite surprising to be told not to get a haircut before a special event. When should we go then? If we're not supposed to try new places, how will we ever find out what we like or dislike? What if my regular barber was busy? You don't know the circumstances, but to tell someone not to try a new place is beyond me. As I mentioned before, we didn't notice the issue until we got home. I'm not asking for a refund, but it's disappointing that instead of acknowledging the mistake and addressing it, the response was to deflect and suggest that we were at fault for trying a new place. If you can't see the line and say, "Wow, okay, maybe that is wrong," then there's a bigger issue at play here. The core problem is not just about the mistake itself; everyone makes mistakes. It's about how you handle them. Honesty and integrity are crucial. Instead of hiding the issue and implying that the customer is wrong for trying a new place, a more straightforward approach would have been appreciated. It's about owning up to the error and figuring out how to move forward. Acknowledgment and a sincere effort to make things right would have gone a long way.

Owner's response

I’m sorry u had a bad experience. Throughout the haircut you and your son seemed happy. If you had informed me trust that your family wouldn’t have left without us making it right. I highly encourage u to NOT come to a new barbershop before an important event. It’s very irresponsible to expect a new barber to get your sons cut perfect the first time. I wish you would post a picture of the cut in full not just the hard part which I see is a little wide but straight none the less. Please come back in for a refund, we are not in the business of displeasing people. I encourage u to learn from this and NEVER bring your children to a new barber right before a important event expecting a perfect cut.
