FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!: Had a 10:00 appointment with “Stackz the Barber”. He texted me at 9:40 stating that he had to move it to 10:30. I texted back saying ok. NOW, when u state a certain time, that means at that time & on time. Since you “decided” to move the time up, not knowing what I had to do for that day, you should have been on TIME!. He texted again stating that he got stopped by the train(10:34). Not sure if he wanted sympathy, but you’re still LATE!. Stacks should have left earlier if you KNEW there would be a train coming or not. This is unprofessional, & no excuse as to why you pushed the time up, THEN showed up late b/c of a train!?. Be about your coins SIR!, especially if this is a persons FIRST TIME!. At the end Mr. Sean gave me my cut; & I graced him w/a BIG TIP!.

I came to this location about a month ago. They messed up my haircut. I called appearance, spoke to somebody they assured me that they would make it right with me. I waited a while. I called up here today. It says online if they’re open till 7 PM. I called up there. The gentleman said yeah we have openings come now. I live six minutes from this location. I came straight here. To be told they’re no longer taking people. I firmly believe that they are being races this location. These people and Place are a joke.

I walked in a dude with a beard in the first seat on the left side seen me walk in right infornt of him. Them so other people walked in and he told them he dose walk ins. I ask if anyone does walk ins the only person that responded was the Latin lady everyone else was talking. The dude with the beard at the first chair on the left call someone before me so I asked his a$$ why didn't he call me when I was first? He Said he didn't see me. I told him I walk right pass him and been sitting there before the others. He said he ain't know in right pass him he said he didn't see me. It's like they look down on they own black people out here. It's crazy

My barber Ms Mari has done it again! Every barber in Chop It Up Barbershop is on point with the clippers! I'm not from San Antonio so it was hard to find a barber who does a fantastic job every haircut! I highly recommend Chop It Up Barbershop! #supportminority&smallbiz #SA Texas

Great customer service, barbers are super friendly n adapts to everyone, my grandson was so excited to get his hair cut there for the second time! I recommend who ever is in need of a haircut, lineup, or even talk trash about football thats the place to be!

The day before my wedding and Rick and Terrance took care of me and my son! These two are amazing barbers. I would definitely recommend them any time. Would give more stars if possible!

I would give it zero stars of I could. My boyfriend went to get his hair cut and was waiting about and hour and a half. On top of being extremely rude. No one knows how to greet the other gents who walk in. I'm not sure if it personal. My boyfriend went to high school with a couple of the barbers. And they have been nothing but rude and mean. Terrible business.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The first time I took my boys the guy cut their hair crooked. I decided to give it a second chance as this place was recommended to us. I made an appointment and we were there 5 min before. He was cutting someone's hair so we waited. After he was done a lady just put her kid in the chair and he started cutting his hair. Really? How rude are these people? We stayed for only one of our boys hair to be cut and it wasn't a great job as we expected. I do NOT recommend this place.
