I walked in and the guy in the first chair wasn't doing anything, but then said he was waiting for someone who had an appointment. 45 minutes went by and he was still just sitting there. In that time only one other barber finished with a customer. I thought he was gonna call me over, but he just sat in his chair. So I walked out.

Well- I booked an appointment and received a confirmation of my appointment, but then received a text that my appointment was cancelled. No explanation. Checked my email- cancellation notice with no explanation. I called to get more info but no answer. Disappointing.

Took my son to see Jon. I told him my son finally got his hair the length he wanted on the top, to just cut the sides down. Jon even pulled up a picture, and we approved. Tell me why dude chopped all his hair off. 5 months of growth gone. He didn't listen to me at all. Will never go again.

I recently moved to the area and tried several places before finding Royal B. I was hesitant at first as this looked to be a place for younger crowd but I tried it. Mike is an excellent barber that can handle all style and cuts. Mike also made me feel at home.

This was our first time taking my son to a barber. He had been asking for a design for awhile. Paul did an amazing job! You could tell he was super focused and dedicated to the art! Worth the price to have someone who truly knows what they are doing when you are wanting something unique.

This is a family owned small business with a good vibe, sports memorabilia theme decorated barber shop with talented barbers. Doug was my barber on my visit and he took his time and gave me a nice zero fade with scissors on top. I recommend this place for a good haircut and conversation. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and didn't wait more than 15 minutes before being serviced.

I had an appointment booked a month before. I was told to be there at 7:45am. So I show up at 7:30am sharp waiting for someone to get there. Mind you I’m standing up in a wedding and have to be there at 2. The barber Mike cancels my appointment and says I won’t be there til later. If your loyal to me then I’ll be loyal to you as well. But this isn’t a good way to keep clientele and your just losing business. I don’t recommend making an appointment with this barber. All others there were welcoming and this post is not about them just one barber.

I took my step-son here to get a cut and fade. We walked in and all of the barbers were with customers so we waited. There was one that didn't have anyone that was cutting his own hair. After about 30 minutes of us waiting without anyone saying a word to us, I get up and ask if they can recommend who can do the best fade. They all point to the guy that was cutting his own hair and cleaning up his station to leave. This was about 4 in the afternoon, and I knew that they would be closing in an hour or so. I sat back down to wait for someone to be free. Another customer walks in, waits for about 5 minutes and a barber came out to get him seated and started. A little confusing since we had been there waiting for so long.There were a few barbers that finished with their customers, I even got up to see if he'd call my stepson up, but they would disappear to the back and not come back out. After another hour of waiting and no one acknowledging that we were there, we decided to leave. Waited for an hour and a half for nothing. Disappointed with how unprofessional they were.

Amazing... I have been to a lot of barbershop over the years with my kiddos, and although a line-up may seem simple I have witnessed to many mess it up! This place (John) did great. Im really impressed 👏 😁

Worst cut of my life. Asked for a high bald fade and a trim on top. This Kiki girl grabbed the clippers and decided that shaving the top of my head was a “trim”. Get out of here. As a business professional, this was some terrible service and I’m afraid to go out in public and attend meetings with this terrible haircut. Please if you go here, stay away from Kiki. After giving her 3 chances from her having to reschedule me, she pulls this stunt. Never again
