They close at 6, went in at 5:46. I work late so its hard for me to come earlier. I’ve come here multiple times at this time ans never was a problem. Today lady said they only dont so haircut past 5:30…. Basically lied to my face because they wanted to leave.

5/5 Give them good instructions for your hair and beard and they do it right. I was highly impressed by their work. (I’m a descriptive/complicated person for my fade and my beard and I was pleased with their results).

So this book was earned. First, I will start with Joy. She was awesome. But then Sonia won my heart. The Manager Soloman is a Boss. Now let's talk about Orlando. He's The Mike Tyson, the Michael Jordan, The Tiger Woods, The John Wicke of haircutters. This guy was so Bad Ass that I gave him a 100% tip. The 1st time I have ever done that in my life. Lastly, let me tell you about Jennifer. I have never met someone that beautiful but humble. She is so beautiful that I will never be the same. 😆 By the way for the rest of this Month October. The haircuts are only $5-$6 on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. Tell them that Yancey Quintanilla sent you.

Student Jennifer was fantastic she got my hair for the first time and was great to work. They just started five dollar haircuts, happy hours tuesday through thursday student cuts five dollars between the hours of twelve n three

I’ve been going here for a year now and it’s absolutely amazing! They have never done my hair request wrong and they always do it SO well! In addition, they have a FREE coffee and hot cocoa machine! I don’t think you’ll find that someplace else. And there’s more, the employees are so nice and love interacting with you! 5 out of 5 stars, definitely recommend and will most definitely go here as long as I live here! Also very affordable prices, and they’re always trying to improve the shop so customers feel attracted to the place. You can’t find that someplace else.

As soon as I visited here, I decided that I must learn here. The teachers are so kind and teach me in detail. Also, their skills are professional. This place is very clean and the interior is comfortable. I highly recommend this place

If you have curly hair I wouldn't recommend going here at all! My mom recommended it to me but she has straight hair. I had hair past my chest and they gave me a totally different and shorter haircut than what I showed and asked for. My curls were brushed out (painfully)and wet till they looked wavy, and then cut shorter than I asked for, so my hair dried even shorter than that! The woman cutting my hair was not a student but a licensed instructor. She didn't speak English fluently and thought I would be getting a curly/wave perm to get the look I showed her (I don't know why she thought I would get a perm on my already curly hair???) Again I showed her several pictures, and even asked her to not cut it so short during the cut. My mom has had good experiences here but unfortunately my experience has been the total opposite. When my mom and I tried to explain to them that the cut was totally wrong from the pictures and verbal requests we gave, another instructor tried to help facilitate the conversation but said there was nothing they could do about it because it was too short now (again I came in with long hair) and that it was because of a misunderstanding, but charged us all the same. Furthermore, the academy has a sign inside that asks it's own students to leave 5 star reviews in English in exchange for a mannequin head the students can keep for practice, which is why there are so many positive reviews for this business (tldr lots of inflated student reviews fi the learning experience but not many reviews from the customers who got cuts) I was really excited to come here and get my haircut for the summer and now I don't wanna leave my house 🙃 The marked up photo is me from January (so my hair had only gotten longer but I hadn't taken any recent photos of my hair) With how short my hair was cut I dont even understand how a perm was supposed to make this look like what I showed her. Edit to add: Her name was Michelle!

I go to school here. I think it's great here. The teacher is very conscientious and responsible.

if you were looking for an academy where they teach you barbering or cosmetology, or you just want a haircut this is a great choice I am a student here and the teachers are excellent with a fantastic experience as a student I feel comforted at all times they are by my side supporting me in my haircuts
