Absolutely fantastic. This is truly authentic. I was a little apprehensive, but my concerns were unneeded. Both my wife and I spent many years in Korea and this is truly authentic. It is very good. I would highly recommend it.

I walked in to ask about a walk-in service, and as I waited in line behind another person who was paying, the young lady in the front told me there was a 2 1/2 hour wait. Before I walked in and afterwards I looked up online and there were three availabilities for the time that I walked in. Very interesting way about describing the schedule - not reflecting the online schedule. Sad to take my business somewhere else when I’ve been going here for years.

I just now got my haircut and I explained to the woman exactly what I wanted and she cut my hair the exact opposite then charge me $30. I'm never ever ever going back to this place. Haven't found anyone yet that can do a damn blended fade

Worst place I've ever been to. First the place looks so unsanitary and dirty. I should've have just left but needed my hair cut for a wedding. Didn't catch my stylist name all she said was come with me and looked annoyed when she asked me how I wanted my hair cut. My cut is so horrible. It's uneven all over the place and the only way to fix it would be to shave my head. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

I just got a haircut at Knockouts in Burleson and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Desiree was my stylist, and she did an incredible job! She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really paid attention to what I wanted. The cut turned out perfect—I love it and have already gotten compliments. The shop itself was clean and had a great atmosphere too. If you're looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing, ask for Desiree. I’ll definitely be back!
