This shop grabbed my attention With all the five star reviews but my experience was horrible. 1. Didn’t follow my instructions nor asked. 2. Didn’t show me a progress even once in the mirror but I used my phone’s front camera but it was already too late he already shaved me all the way up to the skin. 3. Always on the music with a giant headphone 4. not a single interaction with customers. 5. Price was higher then on the menu. I paid 35+5 tip + tax which was way higher then it was showed on the menu I didn’t say a word up front because I already know I can’t argue about it because it was already too late. Imagine you had to attend a wedding and you are at the barber shop and he messed up with your haircut. I had to cancel the wedding, lied my friend saying I was sick now I go to work with my hats on. First time, new area, new barber and total mess. However the shop looks lively and the customer next to me had a brilliant haircut.

Just moved out to TX 3 months ago and I’m looking for good spots to get my haircut. Seen this place on Maps with a 4.9 rating so I’m thinking “this place is the one!” Walked in- there’s two barbers (closest to the door) cutting hair and three people sitting waiting to get a haircut. Usually when an unfamiliar face (from where I moved from) walks in to your business, workers say “hi” or “hello how you doing!? Do you have an appointment?” Nope. Not one person said anything to me or let alone, eye contact. I walk up to the desk and stood for almost 5 min waiting for someone to come and help me out. Can you guess what happened? Yeah nothing. So I left. To me first impressions are everything and I hope it was just that one time.

I didn’t have an appointment, I ended up with a new barber. Nothing against him but he was obviously training and I was still charged the full $35 adult price. Other places cut, wash and massage for that price. Had to ask my wife to trim the uneven parts I didn’t see at the shop. Appreciate the reply and the offer, but I’d feel bad taking a free cut. I’ve updated my rating!

UnitedCutz has Outstanding Services, Stylists & is in the perfect location! My Son and I have always been treated with the upmost respect and kindness. Our particular barber Lebron is a master in his craft. He’s great with adults but even more so with kid's in my opinion. He’s very patience and understanding with all his clients. What I like most as a loyal customer is the fact that even though my Son is 8, Lebron will take his time and Never rushes our haircuts. He gives us 100% each and every time. The great thing about this place is that all barbers share the same work ethic's . When you enter their establishment you’ll immediately notice the positive vibes and the brotherly love amongst them. They are all easy to book and they all tend to work with you when in a pinch as far as bookings or walk in’s go. Give them a try… you won’t regret it!

Been a while since I've been to a barber shop but this place is spot on. No wait ,thanks to advance booking with the booksy app. Had Fernando cut my little thin hair and he did wonders with great detail on edge and cleaning up. Great staff and accommodating. Definitely will return.

First time here and it won't be the last!! Visiting from Houston and I was told about this barbershop!! Made an appointment with Lito & brought my boys to get a haircut and walked out very happy!! Great service everyone very professional and nice!!! Will be back the next time I'm in town!!!
