I’ve been taking my son since 2021 and the service has gone down. We go to the same barber and get the same cut but pricing is inconsistent. The last two times the barber simply told us no he wouldn’t cut my son hair. The first time we understood it was late in the day. However the last time the vibes were just off. If my son was unruly I completely would understand but this is not the case. We never gave the barber any problems or had an issue.

Worst haircut snd charged 40$ way too expensive for a men’s haircut . Will never go there again ! Smarts and other hair cut chains charge only 20$ for a decent good looking haircut

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention an awful haircut!!! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Everyone from the owner to the 8th chair are solid...all know what they are doing and my son and I always leave satisfied. I highly recommend this barbershop and I'm of African decent.

Amazing ! My bro was looking like a bum but now he looks like a model. Ik some reviews are saying they dont speak english well and so what? One reference photo and they make it look even better than the reference photo. Some people are just honestly so rude bc why does that matter. As long as they exceed expectations and which they do. If ur a decent human being you would be happy they're making a living for themselves instead of complaining. Anyway amazing customer. Makes your hair feel and look so new. He stayed 30 minutes after close to make ure my brother looked good!

Went for a haircut. Worst salon experience in my 50 years lifespan both price-wise and work-wise. They have workers who don't speak or understand English and rely on a single person. They cut the hair as they want, your desire has no value. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARDS AND WILL MAKE YOU PAY IN CASH (EASIER TO ROB IN THAT WAY). I have no clue how they have many 5 star reviews, I guess fake. SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My very first and last time coming here! I went in at the beginning of this month, I asked if they knew how to do a mohawk? One guy in specific jumped up with the quickness and volunteered to cut my hair. After I repeatedly instructed him on how I wanted my haircut he still managed to screw it up...And they charge $25.00...can't be VIP if you got barbers with no craft and are hard of hearing working for you! GET IT TOGETHER BARBER SHOP!

Got a very clean fade and hair cut from Usvaldo. Recommend setting up an appointment if you want Usvaldo to cut your hair. I have Latin hair and he has great skill for it. Other barbers are available for walk in but calling ahead is best for any barbershop 💈

Told my husband to try this place because it’s 2 minutes away from home. He got there at 3:47pm his appointment was at 4pm. He didn’t walk out of that place until after 6:30pm. He went bald and there is still hair on his head. I shouldn’t have to go over spots with another razor for spots the licensed barber missed. I figured you can’t mess up bald. I feel bad for telling my husband to go there. We’re good we’ll go back to his regular barber 20 minutes away. I’m giving one star because there’s no option for zero. $30 for nothing!! 😡😤😡

Professional, clean, courteous, and overall awesome environment! Im an avid customer (weekly) and my expectations are met each time. Leudy is phenomenal, as well as the other barbers from what I have seen. Definitely THE go to shop!
