April helped me get a haircut last minute on a Sunday. They were a half an hour before closing when I called. Without hesitation she was willing to help me. Not only did she do a great job, but she stayed a half hour late. This is a really big deal. She exemplified excellent customer service. If you guys are in the area, ask for April.

I went to Nikee and I asked for a edge up and a little off the length and she cut it too short and didn’t ask me how much to cut off and I asked for a edge up and she left one side straight and the other curved and when she “attempted” to fix it it would have pushed it back down also cut was rushed and she was on the phone

Horrible experience all around. Showed the lady what I wanted? Not even close? No blend whatsoever! Then had the nerve to threaten to charge me double because she doesn’t know how to cut hair. Worst haircut of my life. I’ll never go back.

Our stylist made several good-faith attempts to get the cut just how you wanted it, including making adjustments when you requested, and we issued a full refund after you declined further touch-ups. At no point did we threaten to charge you double; rather, we offered additional service free of charge to make sure you were satisfied. We value every guest who walks through our doors and always aim to deliver a respectful and professional experience, even when things don’t go perfectly the first time. Absolutely amazing!!! My kiddo got his hair cut here and they massaged my neck while I waited, for free! Being a teacher and school starting tomorrow I just needed to quickly get his hair cut! They went above and beyond for him and me!

I had the pleasure of getting my haircut at Knockouts, and I can't recommend it enough! April was my stylist, and she absolutely crushed it. Not only did she give me an amazing cut, but her attention to detail and expertise were top-notch. You can really tell she knows what she's doing, and she made sure I left looking fresh and feeling confident. Highly recommend her!

Great job. I don’t know what the guy below is talking about they all do a great job including Ashley. Not her fault if you’re a bad customer and can’t make up your mind on your haircut. You should be charged twice for choosing a mullet. We aren’t in the 80’s anymore “dude”.

Absolutely the worst haircut experience I’ve had. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt, but after reading the negative reviews and experiencing the same issues, I realized those reviews were 100% true. I asked for a mullet, but the stylist (Ashley) clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Midway through, I asked her to switch to a fade just to salvage the cut — and that’s when the arguments started. She claimed I’d be charged double for a “second haircut,” even though it was only to fix her mistake. To make things worse, they charged me $65 for a basic cut. When I asked why, she said she “charged herself” an extra $10 by marking it as a specialty cut that includes a wash and two massages — none of which were actually done. Rude, unprofessional, and borderline dishonest. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of barbers who know what they’re doing, charge fairly, and treat people with basic respect.
